I came to the office, for to get some information the door was closed until 105. I call there on cell phone which was on a google. I asked you are in the office 105 she said yes. And she doesn't open the door. Very good masonry company. Good luck them

So after your driver would not allow me to merge into his lane he repeatedly sped up and slammed his brakes in front of me?when I finally got to an open lane to go around he attempted to run me off the road in your company truck Dunbar Masonry and when I called you to tell you, you couldn’t be bothered to listen. I will be contacting the police about this matter your drivers are reckless and should not be behind the wheel.

So i contacted Dunbar masonry to have an insert put in my chimney, the guy came out and gave me an estimate fairly quickly. Then i called to book the job and i was told it would be few weeks and they would get back to me. After i few weeks i called back and was told we will book the job when time allows

Maybe the 2nd review I have EVER written about a company but well deserved! 5 star customer service and 5 star work. If you need chimney repairs done you would be making a mistake by not hiring Dunbar Masonry. I first spoke with both Bobby and then Kyle in the residential division for chimney repairs. Super nice guys who explained in detail what had to be done and once the work was completed they explained what had been done and how it would resolve my issue. Crew showed up first thing in the morning and were done by mid afternoon. These days there is nothing like people who actually show up when they say they are going to show up! Really gave me great piece of mind. I had someone previously come by (another company) and put on a chimney cap on one of my pots when they shouldn't have, causing smoke to enter my living room when I was having a fire, as I have a wood burning fireplace. Kyle new exactly why this was happening. Kyle doing me a favour by having someone come by to remove it. Great service, thanks guys!

Had this company rebuild the top of a chimney. After that the second floor ceiling was wet around the chimney every time it rained. The masonry company said it was a problem with the roof . I called a roofing contractor no problem with the roof. So I ended up repairing the new chimney myself

Needed some work done on my house including my Chimney. Reached out to few places to get a survey and quote done. They not only reached back right away but were able to have someone come out take a look and give me a quote within a few days. The work was impeccable, the price was very fair and the crew were nothing short of professional. I will absolutely use and recommend Dunbar again for any other future work I or others may need done.

Had an ugly project downtown Vancouver, doing a fire-wall and repairs on an old building; poor work conditions, confined space, bad access. Called several contractors, some walked away upon viewing site, not interested there's easier projects available, some quoted ugly price for an ugly job" I don't blame them

We live in a 40 year old townhouse complex. Dunbar has been here rejuvenating and repairing all 100 entranceways and chimneys. Work is carefully done, no corners cut, and looks soooo much better. All staff have been polite, diligent, and hard-working. We are seeking a quote for our private patio due to the confidence we now have.
