We live 9 houses down the road from owners personal residence……and he never showed up for the quote. If we could give 0 stars, that is the actual rating we would give here. Terrible customer service.

The best place for your window repairs, replacement and installation. Kevin is unbelievable and a conciencious owner.

Bad communication! We ordered a patio door and a large window and were told it would take approximately five weeks. Six weeks later, we had not heard from City Glass. We called to see what the status was of our order. The first time, we left a voice message. No response. The second time a lady, who says she was a new employee, knew nothing but would get back to us after she asked her boss. No response. We called again a few days later, still no knowledge of our order and was told that possibly they never were ordered! They would get back to me. They didn't Two days later, I called again. This time, I was told that they had too much work and as a result our window and door WERE NEVER ORDERED! They were too busy installing other people's windows and doors, apparently because of a government rebate program which apparently has a deadline. Okay, I get that, but don't promise something you can't deliver and most of all...COMMUNICATE!!! City Glass left us hanging for six weeks not knowing that we would not get out our leaky door replaced before winter. This is no damn way to run a business.

I had an amazing experience working with them. Kevin, owner, is a great guy and has beautiful personality. He came to my house and did free estimate and then a month later I was ready for replacing all my windows. He did a great job. I definitely recommending them and would work them again in future.

Was great the 1 st time we used him but his customer service has since declined. He came, provided quotes on 11 windows then never returned phone calls in regards to questions and start time?? Sorry kelvin I guess your too big for my $12,000 dollar business, that in a month and a half you can’t return a phone call ??I’ll be giving my business to someone who actually believes that communication is key to customer service.Elite Installs
