Luving the happy hours at the Crystal Lounge! Whistler Village! Coming here for 10 years, my UBC Daughter skied & graduated & tuned us into the 10 cent wings! Deliciousness!

Bad bartending and service. Spend your money elsewhere. They are serving single shot Drinks in double glasses with next to no ice. When asked to have a smaller glass I was told you get what you get. I also watched them break a glass in the ice well and poorly change the ice without even cleaning the well and continuing serving drinks from it. The bar was very dirty. It's clearly not being managed well or at all. The karaoke was screaming loud and a speaker was buzzing like it's never been shut off. The Liqor inspector should add this to his list of places to check out. There was a door man at the front door on his phone most of the time, making a line so I just simply walked around to the next unattended door and walked right in. This place use to be a great environment clean and respected now its just a dive bar. Maybe try again next year when the staff and managers have all turned over again.

Great ambiance, relaxing time, easy to talk with your friends, catch a game, and enjoy tasty food. I had their sweet chili cauliflower bites and they were excellent! Would definitely come back again.

Came for some for dinks with mates didn't get service for 2 hrs when I didn't leave a Tip on my last order had and australian bartender with beard come to our table and accuse why I didn't leave a Tip. I left a Tip on every order before my last one where he decided to come to our table and ask us do you not know how tipping works hete" I'm all for tipping good service not when we have been waiting over a hour for food and not one person came to our table for our drinks order in the 3hrs we were here. Overall very disappointed with the customer service and the rude manner of their employees who expect a Tip for no service what so ever."

Was at this establishment for 4+ hours and was ignored by the waiting staff the entire time. The bartender had the audacity after we waited 45+ minutes for food and drinks to come up and ask us if we “knew how to tip.” Would have tipped (did tip every other drink I had to go and order from the bar myself to order as was ignored by the floor staff) and did tip right up until the last hour when my food didn’t arrive until I sought after it and was already waiting on drinks I ordered from the bar. THE AUDACITY! Asked for manager and she was very understanding but would avoid establishment if going for good service. Bar staff and floor staff are appauling and that is coming from someone that works in hospitality.

I don’t generally post one star reviews about restaurants on a single bad visit, but this was particularly disappointing. We went in because there was a sign that said patio open, and we really wanted to sit on a patio. When we went in we were informed that we would need to go inside to order because they didn’t have staff for the patio. Thought it was odd that you would advertise patio open to draw people in, if you couldn’t properly open it, but we decided to just roll with it. Our pitcher of beer was poured poorly with a bunch of foam on top, probably 1/3 of it being foam, making it not that great to drink. We ordered nachos and a poutine. When they delivered the saddest nachos that were nothing like the menu described, he asked if we wanted salsa and sour cream. Of course we were kind of confused and said yes. He went back in to find the salsa and sour cream and a fork for the poutine. He came back with a fork so that the poutine could be eaten several minutes later, and still couldn’t find the salsa and sour cream. At that time, we showed him the nachos and just said they weren’t good. They took the nachos off the bill, and they sent a manager to talk to us. I tried to kindly let the manager know that overall we were really disappointed with our experience and she didn’t really listen and just said they would take the nachos off, which is what ultimately prompted me to leave this review. The only good thing about our experience was the bartender/server was really friendly.

The waitress Kaitlin was doing the best job of her life. On a really busy night, I've never seen someone taking care of her clients this way. She's amazing. Thank you!

Been comimg here for years, my favorite apres place. Chestnut beer and honey hot wings are all time. However they desperately need to schedule more servers everyday. Service has fallen off big time due to 2 servers for the entire place.
