I was so pleased at how quickly I felt at home here! All of the staff are very professional and responsive, and made us feel so welcome when we moved in. The on-site management and maintenance crew are friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. The suites are comfortable, with in-suite laundry and decent storage space. And it's great to be within close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, fitness centres, and walking trails, with easy access to Circle and McOrmond. Great value in a great area of the city!

Windsor is a great place to live! The apartment units are spacious, have insuite laundry, a dishwasher, and access to a balcony. The included parking spot is a nice addition, as well as having the option to rent an additional spot at a low cost. The staff are very friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. The website offers quick and easy ways to pay rent, place a maintenance request, as well as check out the monthly virtual events put on by Weidner. The location is fantastic, as there are many grocery stores, restaurants, fitness facilities and more all in walking distance. It's close to Circle Drive and College Drive, allowing quick access to the university and pretty much anywhere else you may need to go in the city. Highly recommended!

Moved in about 9 months ago, cigarette burns on the carpet on move in, dishwasher still does not work, one of the shelves in the fridge is broken so I’ve had to tape it so my things don’t fall out everytime I open the door. There are birds nests literally in every outdoor vent which makes the patio disgusting I never want to sit outside.Management is unaccommodating and unsympathetic towards residents needs. The maintenance team is okay and they are always around the building and friendly.Positive note is the building next door is almost done construction on this side so no longer getting woken up first thing in the morning.

Hmmm the staff here are so friendly, accommodating, and it’s just a peaceful apartment with even strangers as neighbors turning to family friends. I recommend it to any prospective tenants.
