Went in for an eye exam and was absolutely blessed by Dr. Collaku and Nathalie at the counter. Very thorough exam and awesome explanation of my prescription from Dr. Collaku that I would have never gotten before with my ophthalmologist, AND I didn’t even have to wait to go in. Nathalie was super sweet, (knowledgeable about my prescription as well!), and helped me find the perfect frames, and I payed less than half of what I expected going in for an exam and ordering frames. My first pair of glasses from Costco in 2015 were over $400 for just the glasses after the $175 exam. Exams here are $99 and frames aren’t even close to $400. My total today for frames and prescription today was $240 before western student insurance, which Nathalie was a huge help for showing me how to navigate purple care, and that isn’t even part of her job! If you want affordability with super pleasant, above and beyond service, this is 100% the place to go.

The staff working here were all super friendly and helpful, they helped me pick glasses I wouldn't normally try but that look great and stylish. I've never had so much selection of glasses I liked! It was hard to choose. And the prices were great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very professional and friendly staff! Purchased 2 pairs of glasses for a great price. Wanted larger frames and was able to put lenses into sunglasse frames. Glasses came in fast and look great!!! Will definitely shop there again!

From point A the check up to point B purchasing my glasses and point C picking them up, the service , the staff, the store layout were all amazing. The staff made me feel like I was family. I have been looking for the perfect glasses frames for quite some time, and when I came across Bailey Nelson Optometrist, I instantly knew it was the best place out of all i’ve already been in. Regardless of the busy hours, as soon as I walked in someone was able to guide me and help me throughout my experience in store.The workers were very polite and taught me many news things to look for when buying glasses frames. As for the frames themselves, the quality and variety was outstanding. There were many frames that I loved and it was hard to pick since I couldn’t buy all… I ended up buying two frames from Bailey Nelson Optometrist and I completely adore both of them.They came amazingly packaged. For such good quality, I am surprised to say the price was affordable! I wish the amazing quality of products and service can be seen in other stores. I am so happy to finally feel comfortable wearing glasses!

I had such an amazing experience here!! Peter helped me pick out the cutest bold mint glasses, and gave outstanding, friendly service. Even when busy with multiple late night visitors, as the only front store associate he made all the customers feel like they had a tailored experience.When I went to pick them up, the 2 other associates were so excited to see my new look, and really made me feel excited and happy with my purchase. They mentioned how they had not seen anyone else buying my bold glasses style, so they were very excited for the reveal. The experience was hyped up & exciting for all of us!I'm obsessed with my new look, and will definitely be buying more glasses here in the future!
