Royal Nails( old Nails 2)

First time coming in, and got exactly what I asked for! Great customer service, decent pricing, and no wait!!! COME TO THIS NAIL SHOP FOR ALL YOUR NAIL NEEDS!!!

Chris was my nail tech today, and WOW he was so thorough! He spent time diligently doing my fill and shellac! It was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! I also am super impressed with the new system that texts you for your appointment as well. I miss Ann since she left, but I’m so happy that they are staying with the same great customer service that they always had.

Do not go here. My cuticles are on fire! The woman who did my nails was rude, and kept cutting open my skin and pushed my cuticles WAY too far back, to the point where my index finger cuticle ripped open when I put my shoe on. I didn’t even get the design I wanted because the woman doing my nails was HURTING me and I said ouch or that hurts on multiple occasions, and she said oh, or told me to relax, and then would do the same thing AGAIN. The girl who did my nails was super impatient too! I asked her to trim down my nails multiple times, and she had a terrible attitude. My nails are different thickness and some of them are more narrow than others. My sister also asked for tips, and they charged me for a full set for both of us. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, to the point I went out to my car and cried after stopping the appointment. Worst $110 I have ever spent. Truly the worst experience.

I left with a beautiful gel manicure. WOW! 2 weeks later my manicure looks shiny and beautiful, no chips. Felt pampered and wonderful here. Will be back .

All the nail technicians are wonderful. They were awesome! Great mani/pedi at the same time; clean and efficient. I will be returning in a few weeks.

First time getting shellac with my pedicure and I love it. The music is very relaxing, massage chairs are wonderful and staff is very welcoming, as I was a walk-in and didn't have an appointment! Thank you for a great experience!

DO NOT GO HERE, very rude and grabbed a color pallet from my hands before i had decided in a color. Then she told me to sit down while I was still trying to look for a color. She was obviously newer which I have no problem with but she kept trying to put on completely different colors than what I asked for. Thankfully she asked if it was right but the manager had to come help find the color I wanted. Then I noticed she had no idea what steps to do in what order, and she kept watching the nail tech next to her. The woman obviously was new and as you can see in the picture she got it on my skin and it’s shellac. She cured the polish to my skin on every nail, I had to pry my skin away from the nails. I also had to put designs on myself because the polish was so lumpy and all over the place. The cost was ridiculous for the work done and I will never be going back. I thought i’d give it a try since i’ve been to the other nail salons in town, but I will not be going back to this one that is for sure.

I got a gel mani/regular mani combo, their prices are extremely reasonable, as well. But above all, my nails turned out beautiful. I'm obsessed! I'll be coming back!!

The ONLY place in town to get your nails done well. Because of that, you DO need to call and make an appointment; don't bank on a walk-in. Other places in town have destroyed my nails, broken off in a few days, or just not been up to par. Ahn in particular does amazing acrylic work.

For the first time EVER I had the choice to keep MY nails... These are mine with an acrylic overlay since they break beneath the quick constantly. I am loving my nails so much lighter now! I will definitely be back. I've been getting them done on and off for decades.
