Running Room

Terrible/No service! I especially made the trip out to this particular store today and was very excited to purchase a new pair of running shoes. Upon walking in I thought maybe no one was there, I walked up to the ladies shoes and there to my left was an older man just standing looking back at me without saying a word. I had to greet him and ask how he was! He proceeded to just stand there and not even ask if I needed help with anything; I didn't even want to speak with him because I felt unwelcomed/unwanted and awkward but then I asked him a couple of questions and left! I was truly disappointed as I had been looking at purchasing shoes online and thought of course going in would be a better experience. He came across rude and uninviting. I will not be going back to this store.

I went because I was interested in trying out hoka instead of new balance. Margaret was very knowledgeable about both and really helped me find a great pair of new shoes. Plus, she was very friendly!

Like others have previously mentioned. The older man in the store seems reluctant to help, not very friendly and seems to not want to be there. Was disappointed with the experience I had with him. His wife on the other hand seems very helpful. Perhaps he can learn a thing or two from his wife.

Went twice. The male staff gave me cold shoulder every time.I would not go there again cos it really ruin my day! First time when there for HOKA slide he pointed the corner saying that's all they had, didn't even look at me, but he seems friendly to other customers in store. On September 17 morning, a female staff helped me, she was nice and helpful. But again he was beside and gave me a face that my being in the store really annoying him. I am not sure if my Asian face or accent bother him or that's just the way he is. Will visit running room but never this location again!

I want to give a shout out to Margaret for her amazing customer service. My mom has chronic foot issues and has struggled to find shoes that are comfortable. Margaret is incredibly knowledgeable about how different shoes affect different issues and she spent a lot of time with us and found the perfect shoes for my mom. Thank you so much Margaret!

The senior guy looks don’t want to work and rush to finish all the conversation. It might be physically too much for him. He is not happy work there. I am sure.

Husband and wife were both non-interested almost aloof. Didn’t seem to care one bit about helping us. So we will take our hard earned money and go elsewhere. So long.

I visited the running room on May 17th and had a horrible experience with the male sales associate. My partner has bought shoes from this location in the past and the female staff has been very helpful and went above and beyond. However, during my visit I was completely ignored and given one word answers when trying to find the right pair of shoes. I felt these actions were racially motivated as the associate had no problem helping the other girls in the store who did not look like me. I always admired the customer service at running room but I will never visit this location again.

Staff were super friendly and helped me with selecting calorie gummies for my first marathon!

Terrible service. As I was browsing the mens shoes an older man was at the till, I was the one who had to greet him and it felt like we were wasting his time. I was trying to tell him what my problems were with my feet and what I am using them for but he wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and just recommend a pair of shoes. After he let me finish my Sentence about my problems I asked what shoes he would recommend and all he said was, “they’re all good.” I then asked him about a pair of ASICS and he said “they’re good” with no further explanation on why they would be good for me. The reviews about this place and bad customer service are spot on. The responses from the store about the reviews are the same every time and I feel that they have not taken action. To save your time I would not come to this place and I would go to Kintec. They have much better service and actually know and care about what they are talking about.
