In April, during spring thaw, the public library that I represent flooded three times. We needed help determining what caused the problem and how to prevent re-occurrence. NSBS was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone on their team, from office staff to installation crews, was professional, punctual, and committed to the customer and the job. Every NSBS employee treated me--a female client--and my staff as an equal. The NSBS consultant clearly understood the concerns I vocalized and was able to explain how his proposed solutions addressed those concerns, as well as the critical problem. We installed an internal water drainage system with cactus board and upgraded our sump pump. We excavated our foundation and refreshed the waterproofing, weatherproofing, and drain tile. We installed a french drain. NSBS came exactly when they said they would and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Had 20 broken floor joists in a crawl space, with no insulation or vapor barrier. These guys replaced the broken joists, installed a beam, encapsulated the entire space and insulated. Also, installed a pump in the middle of winter, in a crawl space. They are absolutely awesome.
