Fast service and polite employees. I go to DD maybe once a year, if that, so they were very patient with me as I tried to figure out what each of the different styles and varieties of cold and hot coffee items they offered.

The staff was amazing and funny, especially with my slightly odd requests. I asked them to put a lot of caramel in my crazed caramel latte (one of my favorite things there) and I said If you think it's too much

Wow has this place gotten horrible! I sat in the drive thru forever today, 2 out of 3 things were wrong. I tell the person at the window my bagels wrong an I get attitude, hands me the bagel and tells me,that's it". I said no I ordered 2 plain donuts as well and hand her my reciept

Oh about after 100 visits to this location the miserable purple haired manager decided to condescendingly ask me not to use terms of endearment like hon or honey when speaking with them like I have always done out of respect. She was trying to make me feel weird for doing so like I was propositioning by simply using kind words... Lol yes quite silly and the first time I've received that type of feedback from just being polite.

3-22-23 Coffee is great , breakfast sandwiches have gotten better Donuts and bagels yummy. Staff here is outstanding, they seem to work really well together and very friendly.

The app never seems to have the seasonal stuff available for ordering. Using the drive thru is fine and we’ve never had any issues ordering at this location. Faster to go in sometimes than wait in the drive thru line but either experience is fine.
