We just got Steve from A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections in Medicine Hat and was very happy. He did the inspection and then went through the home with us. He was very detailed through the whole procedure. Plus the inspection report he sent to us showed us the whole inspection of the home, out buildings and yard. I would use him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspections.

I had such a great home inspection experience with Steve at A Buyer's Choice!As a first time home buyer Steve look the time to walk me through the home inspection process and everything he would be looking for in advance of the inspection.On the day of the inspection Steve did a thorough walk through of his findings, including showing particular areas with the infrared camera.Steve answered all of my questions and gave me huge peace of mind in moving forward with my first home purchase.The detailed follow-up inspection report will help prioritize repairs and improvements as immediate and further down the line.Cannot recommend enough!

We especially liked that he was very accommodating with us, since we live in Ontario right now, and buying a house site-unseen, so we had a video tour of the house once he was done with his inspection to explain everything. We had Steve inspect my daughter's house last year and I liked how detailed he was with the inspection. with a new potential building purchase, we wanted the same detailed report. he was able to fit us in our tight timelines and had the report in our hands in a few days. The pictures along with the heat images supported his findings and thus in turn helped us know what was required for repairs. Much appreciated. highly recommended.
