Normally I have experienced good customer service at this particular location but on Nov 1 2022 that changed. I used the self checkouts because nobody was on the cash( both cash not being used ). I had to pay with cash and in previous visits I've just rang my items and then asked for a employee to come over and cancel out my order and I pay at the cash instead. But for some reason this was a problem and the two employees coped a major attitude problem, which was very unprofessional and uncalled for. If they were having a bad day, which we all do, there is zero need to take it out on a customer who like many, give you business. Perhaps I'll take my shopping elsewhere from now on.

Today I had an amazing customer service experience at this store. I really wish I had paid attention to the employee's name because he was exceptional (around 4 p.m. if that narrows it down). Anyway, I needed help with the toothbrushes and he took the time to help me find what I was looking for in a very kind manner and, seemingly, with as much time as I needed. Very polite and very helpful. The young woman at the cash was also extremely friendly, polite and didn't make me feel rushed.Even though this is not the Shoppers in my neighborhood, I will make a point to go to this one because the staff is SO polite. That makes all the difference in the world for me.

Beauty section is 10/10 - Tayrn is an absolute gem. Knows all her products extremely well, always lets me know about sales promos, and makes incredible recommendations.

The pharmacy at this location is slow and extremely unhelpful. I've never gone in and had my meds ready for me. I've also never had issues with my insurance until filling a prescription at this shoppers. Even if this issue not necessarily on their end, they've been quite rude, dismissive, and generally unhelpful in explaining what the problem is. They have 0 knowledge of assistance programs for reducing medication costs, and quite frankly don't really seem to care. This is extremely upsetting as a university student and I will be using a different pharmacy in the future.

The pharmacy department at this location provides the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. The amount of judgement and pure rudeness that I recieved within each interaction has actually ruined my day each time that I have gone in. I cannot stress enough the amount disrespect that I felt when being spoken to and the disregard for human interaction. The communication between staff is horrendous and they make you feel like it is your fault as the customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Truely any other pharmacy will be better than this one.

It's a shame to give the place one star, but I don't take kindly to hearing, shut up, swearing and psycho being muttered loudly in their Pharmacy at 630ish pm, on August25th, especially when I said excuse me, and she responded with you heard me. I wasn't even the one at the counter. I don't know who the woman was but she was beyond rude and belligerent. Don't even get me started about the rest of it. She was behind the counter in a customer service role.

Having been going there for a long time now it's nice that at the pharmacy they greet me by my own name. Everyone is very friendly and professional and any issue that I've had has been minimal and resolved right away.
