Lousy results. Absolutely pathetic management and non existant customer service. Dealing with them was a complete waste of time that ended up costing me thousands. Gave two stars simply for the fact that despite the appearance, their vehicle didn't break down and was able to get off my property and out of my sight.

I have been using Pro Reefer for a very long time. The president, Tom, has been one of the best people to do business with. He has taken care of my fleet for about 15 years or so, not once have we had any issues with his service. The ladies in the office always go the extra mile to take care of us, fast detailed invoicing, and I can check my PM's coming due live on their customer portal, I'm very happy with them.
