We were there for an event. We had a fixed choice menu: a pikilia dish to share: tsaziki, taramasalata, feta cheese, tomato and cucumber (not enough) and spanakopita (very salty). This was followed by a bowl of salt soup. I couldn't eat it even after adding water. We had a choice of main course: Chicken brochette, salmon, pork medalion and I can't remember the other choice. I had the pork medalion. They were all served with a side of salad, potatoes and rice. The pork was a bit overcooked and the bacon surrounding it was limp. The sauce was sooooo salty as was the salad. The potatoes were the best thing on the plate. The waitstaff seemed stressed, specially the one waitress that never cracked a smile and became irate because of a balloon decoration that was annoying her. We were also jammed into a smaller section than what was originally reserved.There are way better greek restaurants in Montreal, I wouldn't reccomend going there.

The meat and pita were decent. However they charged $17 for a Greek salad with old rotten lettuce. They put very little effort into it. Didn't even have the decency to include any dressing. Skip the salad if you're doing takeout

I had a salmon with a Greek salad.The salmon came with rice and potatoe wedges.First one the best thing about the order was the salad, the feta cheese was excellent and their vinegrette is great.Now the not so great part, the rice was a bit overcooked and a lot lacking in the flavor department, its a very bland rice and its what I disliked the most.The potatoe wedges were soft, couldve been a bit less greassy but it was cooked properly, nothing special or out of the ordinary here.The salmon was a decent size, sadly it was also again lacking in flavor.The carrot cake I ordered never came. Next time I order if their carrot cake is good I will give the rating an extra star.Overall, it wasnt a bad dinner but surely wasnt the most memorable. Not receiving the cake was a bummer because I ordered from this place specially because they had carrot cake.

Place was packed staff performed well unfortunately the calamari plate I ordered the calamari was unevenly cook and quite rubbery out of a box I don't think it was made in house I'd put it in one of the top two worst calamari I've ever had. Sadly excellent service and enjoyable ambience does not cut it it's a restaurant the food cannot be subpar especially at the price we pay as customers.

Always good food, and amazing service.We were a party of 13 and the seating was excellent.Bring your own wine and beer and have a very enjoyable evening.

Would not recommend the service especially the ladie at the front.IndeedI am the skip driver.I think it is not fair to put the blame on me .You remember very well the way you told me to put the food in the bag. You were screaming really hard even the customer where annoyed.The first first one ,I called is to speak to a manager and i did it in the professional way. The second time it was to complain about your attitude. Then you hang up straight in my face.

Nothing wrong with the restaurant in general, we were treated well but the food is extremely mediocre for what you pay for. There's also a $7 fee on top of the price of a meal if you want to share a plate with someone instead of each getting a meal. I have never seen this before, it feels unfair and wasteful if people aren't very hungry and just want to go out and share a meal. Will likely not return since there are way better Greek options available for comparable or cheaper prices.

Delicious food and nice ambiance! The service is quite slow, though. Seems like understaffed or something. Just the same, me and my friends who visited from Ottawa enjoyed the place as well as the food.

One of my favourite restaurants in St-Laurent!! My boyfriend and I have been going there for years. It is literally my go to for promising food!!! They also stand out for their amazing appetizers. The calamari is amazingly delicious.A comfortable warm ambiance yet contemporary. Great service!!!The staff is very pleasant. The menu is quite extensive and the plates are very generous with a decent price. Amazing food!!! Overall, we go to Au Vieux Duluth St-Laurent almost every week. I recommend this place for a party, a date or if you come with family it's fantastic!!!!
