They forgot about my order when I paid. Two employees in front were busy texting with their phone. They were like I don't care about the clients waiting in line. They seemed to be unhappy with their job. Avoid going to this location. 4 stars for their drinks.

I had a great slush and the attention is really good

Very busy store, so prepare to wait. I love the M1 (fresh mango slush with fresh mango chunk) add extra regular boba or matcha jelly boba. The store always clean. It’s $10 for a large size, so I do believe it’s pricey but so far the quality of my fresh mango slush did not change after so many times coming back. I enjoy the quality of the real fruit in my drink instead of some kind of powder drink that other places offered. You get what you pay for.

I see everyone around downtown drinking Presotea so I had to give it a shot!Ordered the brown sugar pearl latte and the mango slush. The latte was delicious but way too sweet, the mango slush was really good!Highly recommend the mango slush!

Took over 15 minutes to get a simple order even though it wasnt a peak time. Messed up my order the first time. Prepared some purple drink instead of the milky mango I had ordered. The drink itself was pretty bad. Reminded me of the time I had bought some cheap mango bubble tea powder from asian store to try making bubble tea at home. Their mango tea tastes exactly like that but you pay 10 bucks for the same artificial taste.

Super popular bubble tea place in Montréal called Presotea. This location is in an underground food court, right next to the Simons. You have to take the escalator down and it will be there, a small takeout store. I had no idea that Presotea is so expensive! My regular mango yogurt slush (which is equal to a large size in Toronto, 700mL) cost me $9.18 after taxes! That's almost double the cost of some Toronto bubble tea shops. Tapioca also cost $1.00, not $0.5.Unfortunately my slush wasn't blended well, I got some ice chunks when drinking. Couldn't taste any yogurt, nothing that justified the high price. Mango flavour was still good but not amazing.Agree with other reviewers that they need a smaller size especially for kids who can't finish a big size!Service was decent, not very friendly but still acceptable. Would give another chance to Presotea since they have a huge menu but not this location specifically.**3 stars overall

i think i got the wrong location but anyways… the food was ok but the service was good… i didn’t feel that good atee the blueberry drink and it made my tongue dark blue lol, get a different drink and you will be ok

Give them a visit when you have strong cravings for boba. Even at 30% sweetness it is still too much for my liking.
