cancels appointments in the last minute, like less than 20 mins before the booked time. This happened 4 times !!!

Sheila has great hands on skills to find the areas in your body that need more time spent on them! She gives a great medium-deep pressure massage. As a massage therapist myself I’m fairly picky, however I’ve always gotten some relief from an appointment with Sheila! I would definitely recommend her! Thanks for taking the extra time to work on my low back and glutes!!

It was excellent massage, Sheila made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, it was like I was a long time client of hers, when that was my first appt. I was surprised that I wasn’t hurting like I normally do after a massage. We also even had a few giggles. The only complaint was next time I will book 90 mins
