Brought our dog Mosi in last week -Staff were super helpful and friendly in a very busy environment.Dr. Mark was also really thorough and kind. Answered all my questions and provided options even though the clinic was super busy. Thanks for the help! Mosi is def feeling better!

My dog saw Dr. Sarah Ort this afternoon after he accidentally cut one of his paws. Dr. Ort was very nice and good with Bingo. The facility is incredibly clean and beautiful. The staff members I interacted with were polite and cheerful on what looked to be a busy end of day. Thank you for fixing Bingo's paw!

Drive from Golden with my dog. Running late so I called when half way through our drive. They told me if I can't make it on time then they can't help me. I would only be 15-20 min. It's a bit of a drive and my dog gets car sick. There is oozing that needs attention. But they will not see him at all because we are late. Now I am stuck at home wondering how I can help my little guy. Thanks for nothing. I wish I can put no stars.

Very caring vets and good end of life care with a comfort room when the time comes. Conservative on treatment and good about discussing options with you before doing. Just wish they had some weekend hours and ways to mail-order food - it’s inconvenient to take hours out of the workday just to drive a long way to get prescription cat foods in a rural area like this where they’re the only provider.

Firstly the vets that are here are great. Recently had my elderly Moms dog get sick and she passed away and the Veterinarian that took care of her was fantastic. My review is regarding the front end staff which I feel are lacking people skills. I have found on occasion that the receptionist area is not very welcoming nor friendly. Very curt and short with people. Having dealt with another clinic in another town whose front end staff were very welcoming and personal I was pretty disappointed to where I would rather drive there then come here.
