Very helpful when buying a floor model. Were helpful and awesome they have fabric swatches for pieces they don't carry in store.Lost 1 star because when ordering from warehouse they are unable to give you any information except when to expect a call. That's not a this store problem but an overall Structube problem I think.

Bought 2 chairs from here. The service and delivery all went smoothly. Love them!

employees were very indifferent. We toured the entire store. no employee asked if we needed anything. All the employees were sitting at the cash register and chatting. There were no customers inside other than us. When we approached the cash register and asked a question, we received a friendly answer. But I expected more attention.

Be cautious when shopping at Structube and don't go off their product reviews. I have tried twice now to submit a 1 star review on a table I purchased and my reviews have not been approved." Their product reviews are not accurate if they are only approving the certain reviews.I bought a wood dining table from this location and received it 6 months ago. The table has started to turn white and crack. I reached out to Structube about my concerns and asked about the 1 year warranty. I explained that I always have either a table cloth or placemats on the table

My Favorite furniture store! They have very modern collections.Cons: No instant purchase on furnitures and the order takes 2-3 weeks to be shipped & delivered.

I misplaced the screws for my Eiffel table that I bought from Structube a few years ago. When I called, the employees at this location went above and beyond to assist me. They were able to locate a spare screw so I could go and match it at a local hardware store. Very grateful!

I bought a table in September. I was told it was out of stock and would be shipped to me in early December. When I followed up in November I was told it would be late December. That turned into January, February and now I am being told late March. They have been quick to respond and offered my money back, but I just want the table. I have the chairs sitting in a corner waiting for the table and it’s become annoying at this point.I tried to buy their floor model but they wouldn't give it to me. Why would you want keep a floor model to entice customers to buy a table that might not be available for a year?!? This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you buy something that is out of stock, be aware their estimated arrival dates seem to be off by a few months. Buyer beware.

We are a regular at this location and got some great stuff at a reasonable price over the years but over the past few months the quality has really been compromised , a few months back we got the Gillies queen size bed, the head rest had holes on the headrest, went back to the store they ordered the parts again but the replacement part had the same issue and we were told that this seems to be a manufacturing defect and in short nothing was done about it ,now recently we got the coastal bed along with the Tall boy Cabinet, one of the drawers of the cabinet is upside down (the rails are installed at the wrong spot)., there is a scratch on one of the bed railings , its quite disappointing and going forward I dont think we will be shopping from Structube any more , someone really needs to look into the offshore facilities they are using
