Never going back to this Walmart again... worse service we have ever gotten!!! The lady at customer service as we were trying to get a Walmart credit card was very disrespectful to my 70 year old grandmother who knows very little French but tries to speak it... my grandmother had, had a hard time to understand what she was saying so asked her if she spoke English a little and she told me to translate to her that she is not paid to speak English.. that we live in Quebec

Not the cleanest Walmart I've been . Would be with a facelift and ultimately they need to decide if they want to sell movies and tv series cause it looks half hearted. Worthwise its ok

The place is good for groceries but be careful with expiry dates. Expired milk was on the shelf.

I've been using WAL-MART car pick up for most of my grocery shopping since Covid-19 made an appearance. I've found it to be an excellent way to make this chore a little less difficult, as I have a medical problem shopping for any length of time. The associates who deliver the order to my car are polite and eager to please and help me.

Lots of products. Nice to see clothes above 2x (Walmart cowansville rarely has 2x or above). Not much variety in the gluten free and organics though. The baking aisle layout feels like a warehouse instead of customer facing.

I moved to Granby 1 year ago and for the first time after 12 years in Quebec, I felt Racism.Often employees will just assume that I speaks Spanish. Well I dont, I am Brazilian! And even when I say that J speak Portuguese, the answer is: well, same thing!The elderly women and other employees too will let white folks pass by the door, but often they will check my bill to make sure that I didn’t stole anything.Or you check everyone’s bill, or you don’t. This is embarrassing.

It is kinda upsetting how the arrival of the fresh food made all the other sections reduce their selection. You barely have any underwears now. The electronic section is also very disappointing if you're looking for a variety.. they only have like 5 xbox 360 games and their cds rack is pitiful. Employee wise.. I saw lots of people complaining about the lack of service and blaming it on the workers but I've worked there and lemme tell you: I never ever stopped for a second, covering the whole floor and getting called at the checkouts because there's a lineup there, on the phone, for a client, etc. Blame it on whoever decides to not hire more people. But yea, sad to see our last store with variety die.
