I called to book pedicures for my daughter and I to be done together at the same time. When we got there Olivia was the only one there to do the pedicures. She was very professional and did a great job but we were there for over two hours because she had go from one to the other. We should have been told that there was only one esthetician working.And the cost was almost double from anywhere else I've been.

I'm new in town and I need a haircut thevservice what great I will be back to have my nails and toe nails done and color for my hair.The company ask me is I won.t coffee or tea but I have a tea.The staff was very friendly thnks see u again.gail fulton

Krissy has been my new hair artist twice now. New to town and was trying to find someone I enjoy seeing and that I trust. She knows her stuff. I actually asked on our Hinton community page who to see and her name kept getting recommended. She is so easy to be around and talented. I alway walk out of there feeling my best. I appreciate when I take and inspo picture she asks me what I see so that we are clear and explains everything and her thoughts. She also took time to show me some styling ideas and the products she uses with no preasure. She is very genuine and I will go back as long as I live here.You can't go wrong with anyone from where I was sitting, but Krissy is awesome. THANKS

Zhanna is the best hairdresser I've ever had, she's so fun to be around too and I look forward to my appointments with her. My hair has never looked better than it does now and she always outdoes herself. Thank you for helping me to look and feel my best!

I was so impressed with the services I received at Insignia! I moved to Hinton in February and I have to say this visit to Insignia was not only the best experience I’ve had at a salon, but the best experience I’ve had in Hinton altogether! Krissy was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting my hair just right. I absolutely love the touch up and colour she did on my roots...it looks so stylish! I found this salon after moving to Hinton just over a year ago. I couldn’t be more pleased. Rachel became my go to person. She is amazing and always knows exactly what I need. She is super friendly and personable as well as highly knowledgeable and skilled! I highly recommended her.

10/10 could not recommend any more. Krissy was amazing. She worked so well under pressure. I came in with box dye black hair wanting to go red. This was a TALL order. I didn’t have the highest expectations as it’s such a huge change. She did amazing. We had a bit of a hiccup where my hair didn’t take to the red. She acted fast to make sure I didn’t leave without what I was hoping for. Great team atmosphere, she got some help on the second go around. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. The salon is well maintained, clean, great atmosphere. And the hair cut was on point!! Thank you again ladies! You gained a new forever customer!Bayleigh
