From the minute we arrived everyone was welcoming and helped my young dog relax. They quickly examined him while continuously interacting with him and answering all my questions. I’m very confident we’ll get the care he needs.

I have been using Hilcrest for years and can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. The staff are AMAZING!!! They truly care about your pet, but are also reasonable in that they don't push to have a bunch of extras" done just to make money.Michelle is the best! During the pandemic when pet parents couldn't come in

My dog loves coming here. What more of a recommendation do you need than that?They've always been great with handling our animal. A bit tough to get on the schedule because they are so busy, but the office admin, vets, vet techs are all very professional, extremely pleasant to work with and work with your pet as is needed for that animal.Most visits are a relatively expensive experience, but that's par for the course with having an animal and taking them to the vet these days. What's not expensive? They've always solved the issues our animal has, so it's been valuable to have some one so close to rely on.

Hillcrest has been great with both of our animals , especially Dr. Arin Por, Toni & Michelle. The techs are wonderful too.Sadly we lost our oldest pup last night due to old age & multiple underlying issues. They did everything they could. You all have been really great. Findy appreciates you all for your hard work.
