Good selection of dog food, toys, and accessories. Not nearly as much selection as the Regina store but not bad

I had the best service yesterday. Two young men carried 2 large bags of dog food to my car, 1 young lady took my cart and another lady rang up my order. Four people looking after me, I felt like royalty.

After the archery tournament Saturday my family an I stopped in to pick up horse products . The older lady was very rude to my mother who was trying on boots . So my mom put them back on the table an walked away . As we went threw the store she followed us around as if we were going to take something. I told my son we needed to leave . The younger ones at the till were really friendly an helpful so I did get some product but nothing like I usually would . We won’t be back !!

Staff didn't know what they had in the store nor did they care what I was looking for

I almost would have given this a bad review. I had 2 bad visits here but since then its improved. The manager is a great guy, puts cx first . I have 2 dogs and I get most of my supplies here. The price beats every other pet store. Loads or variety. I plan to be a regular!

I would like to say I’ve been in this store many time and even used to spend a lot of money here a lot of the time for essential things I need such as feed, ropes, hats and tack. I don’t wish to no longer give my business. the staff has treated me with poor attitude threatened to be banned from the store for things I haven’t even done given had a snobby attitude for even ever I would politely ask for things to be taken down for me to look at or even if I had any questions I would still receive the feeling I wasn’t valued. As for been almost a weekly costumer I now chose not to give my time or money to this business as they do not value me as a customer and now even choose to shop next door in Regina’s western/tack stores
