Staff is unsupportive, very unprofessional, rude especially old lady. Bought Barbie dream house one day ago and went to return next day in perfect condition. They simply answered no even without looking at it and tried to seek help in proper packaging. Not supportive at all and will never visit this place again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone neither any friend or family.

Worst experience and very unprofessional! We bought a stroller for my 5yr old son that has a disability and cannot walk. Got a stroller with defective tires, we went back but store said they don’t have other stocks so they send us driving all the way to Pembina to get it changed. 2nd stroller had same issues so we went back to st. James to get a refund so we can get a different brand of stroller. The very inconsiderate manager Christine easily said NO. She said we have to deal with it directly to the manufacturer! What a convenient way to solve the situation! She said its on the store policy when I asked her to show it to me so I can read it, she browsed her phone but did not see any. She even told “you have to leave this place now!” I don’t know how this person got her position maybe she’s been there for so long but she actually don’t have the proper knowledge to deal with customers. I just left the store very upset .

Looking for hotwheels........ manager please to boys section over intercom immediately...... all of a sudden some guy approached me asking me if I need help management type guy..... really why you ask just me I ask him.... oh I ask every one that question..... really I didn't see you ask any other people just me..... I left. Thanks for making a customer feel wanted. Also seen 5 other employees who never asked me anything. Will not be going back there.

Liked the store, as a mega construx collector it needs more Halo selection.

First of all, I want to say THANK YOU Babies R Us for your new line of organic clothing. Before, the store generally only offered gender stereotypical clothing for boys and girls. Now, there are neutrals that are soft, cute and affordable.The staff is soooo kind. I especially like Franklin, Kobe, and the wonderful woman with the funky colour hair in the babies department. Everyone is sooooo friendly and kind. Thank you for all your help during my journey into motherhood and beyond.

Have to say a BIG thank you to Sean for his wonderful customer service. We phoned in about a missing piece for a bike we bought and Sean went above and beyond to make the process smooth, easy and quick for us and our toddler (who was very excited about said bike)! Thank you Sean for your 11/10 service!

We had a great experience with a staff member. His name is Chase and he is at the Polo Park location in Winnipeg, MB.My daughter got putty from Santa" and the putty container was empty! She was very upset and we told her that an Elf must of not returned it to the container after testing it. We said Santa had someone at Toys R Us that would help us get a new one. Well Chase was amazing

Went in looking for 2 specific toys. I wasn’t sure where either would be. I found Bernie in an isle close by. She searched all over the shelves and even checked the back. Her sharp eye somehow spotted the last 2 items on the bottom shelf. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. The other staff we talked to were very helpful and friendly.I have never had an issue at this location. Keep up the great work.

There seems to be less and less each time i go, all the lego isn’t on display, it’s just paper which is unfortunate. I had franklin as my cashier. He has lots of energy making my experience uncomfortable and fun, sounds strange but true, i saw him with some kids and he definitely made their day.

I've been dreaming of such a tractor all my childhood, even now that I'm an adult, I wouldn't give up such a wonderful toy. At the moment, I can't afford such a tractor, but I will definitely earn money and buy it!
