Had a heat pump/ac and new furnace installed. Great communication, great work, good people. Had a slight hiccup due to manufacturer of the heat pump and they were back at my place within 30 minutes of me calling to fix the issue. I was also happy with the pricing. It was that awfully hot week, our AC stopped. We called them and thankfully they had a cancellation and appeared within the hour! Phil and his helper installed a new part and we were back in cooling action right away! Thanks to all of you!!! Great, friendly and very professional. We will certainly use them in the future and gladly recommend them to our friends!

We had a scare on New Years Day morning with the Carbon Monoxide detectors going off at 4am in our cabin. We evacuated, fire department came out and had to shut down the furnace.I called four HVAC companies on New Year's Day to get service. Lake Shore came quickly to help us out. One of our ducts was broken. Lakeshore got it running safely so we could start the furnace. We paid double time on that day. They kindly offered to come back the next day to finish the repair and cleanup so that our costs wouldn't be so high.Really appreciate the responsiveness and their thoughtfulness trying to keep costs down for us.

Phillip really knows the ins and outs of repairing HVAC equipment. Gets the job done right and is very efficient . His company is very responsive, easy to work with and was stress free for us. We highly recommend this experienced pro.

We had a furnace vent freeze in a storm and they got it unclogged and operational. A different company wasn’t interested in trying to help us after they saw the location of the vent. The company had installed the HVAC on the home, and left us without a solution. We were glad we called. They are coming out this Spring to change the furnace vent. If you want a trusted opinion, ask Lake Shore.

Amy, Phil and their employees are amazing to work with. I found them from a Google search and from the moment Amy answered the phone in her sweet little southern voice, to texting late at night or early morning with any issues- it has been a great experience working with this family. Phil and the boys replaced an old furnace with a bigger Trane furnace and installed a combination boiler/on demand water heater for my in-floor heat (and residential hot water) as well as installed new duct work to areas that weren’t previously vented. Devon and Gage were comfortable to have working in our home. They were part of the family the week they were here. They were quick to provide quotes and quick to respond with any questions. All around-a great experience. I would definitely recommend them!
