The customer service is excellent. Very friendly, however; the bread itself is just awful. It tasted of just gluten, extremely chewy and not pleasent. I wish them best of luck. 5 star because the older lady who was there served me very kindly.

We tried a lot of their pastries e.g. almond slice, croissants. Today we tried the pizza which was recommended by my friend. They are delicious, filled us up. And this triple chocolate moose is so good!! It is sweet, but not overly sweet. Once a week treat...worth it.

Once you figure out what line you're supposed to be in for which counter, the experience is pretty good. I ordered a moka praliné cake at we all enjoyed it. It was sweet without being overly so. I would go back to try some of the viennoiserie. It was pretty busy even during a time that Google said is usually not their busiest time, so that's always a good sign. It's not obvious from other reviews nor from their site, but they accept credit cards as well as debit.

I went there after work and I wanted to buy something for my supper. When I saw the dry sausages, salads, breads and pastries, I had some doubts because they seemed dry and old but I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that the food was not fresh at all. The dry sausage was green and I could have used the bread to play softball. The trash can was full and happy.

My husband had requested for a Praline cake for my birthday, and the day of pick up he called to confirm the hour and the order he was going to pick up, which he was confirmed. 1 Hour later he arrives to know they sold the cake by mistake, which I believe could indeed been a mistake but what is with the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE? he ended up buying a cake none of the family liked and paying FULL price for your mistake. 9 people from party knew this story and 9 people are dissapointed. Pay attention to your service and how u handle it. thank you

Cette pâtisserie fait les meilleures croissants aux amandes en ville! De plus, j'ai eu une expérience de service à la clientèle extraordinaire! Mes enfants ont adoré le petit gâteau aux confettis. Le voyage pour se rendre à cette pâtisserie vaut toute la peine.--------------------This amazing bakery it's worth visiting because of the variety of high quality and freshness in the pastries and sandwiches meals. Also, the almond croissant is far most the best in town because there is a generous amount of almond flakes on top and the filling is beyond delicious and not too sweet. I've tried almond croissants at other bakeries and the filling inside is very limited compared to the one from Marie Pain. I also appreciated the lady who served me on that day when I had my two toddlers and wanted a slice of cake and the lady was very patient with us and also gave us extra plates and utensils to enjoy and share the cake. Thank you Marie Pain for the joy that you bring to your customers. I will definitely keep returning back and try other pastries.

The strawberry shortcake was delicious. However, the strawberries were not fresh as it seeped into the whipped cream icing. The vanilla cake was nice and airy. The whipped cream icing had the perfect amount of sweetness. The presentation was beautiful. Sadly, the white chocolate shavings were missing.
