This is by far my favorite scent there! I get so many compliments when I wear the hand cream and spray in the particular scent . The new coco paradise is nice, too. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful.

Great selection of fragrance, the Staff is nice. And honestly I love walking by this store. Smells so nice.

Lots of items to browse through. Albeit way to over crowded and overstocked to be very comfortable for any length of time.

Have been into the New Sudbury store several times in the past couple of months as it is one of my favorite places to shop but I have to say that I am really unhappy with the quality of service lately. I spend hundreds of dollars in that store, & normally enjoy chatting with the staff about the new stuff & new smells....but the last couple of times I've gone in, none of the staff have even acknowledged that I was there at all. No greeting...no eye contact...nothing. I am a retail manager myself, & I wouldn't have any of those girls on my staff. You don't always have to be chatty with your customers, but a smile & hello goes a long way... Very disappointed.

Always friendly service and staff always super helpful. Store is accessible but if using a wheelchair or walker would be tight squeeze to navigate the store especailly when they are busy. Products are expensive but definitely worth it. I always wait for the good sales such as boxing day and load up for the year lol. Fav products are definitely the body wash and wallflower scents! Sanitizers are a must have as well :) lots of different scents to choose from.

Definitely gave good service. My aunt was looking for some specific items and the employee went over a number of the scents with her. At another store in the mall I felt like I was invisible and even 2 employees over there swearing. Honestly not something I care about but someone else shopping might have been taken aback.

A huge selection of hand soaps, bath products, scents and candles. Gorgeous candle holders. They also have great little scent items items that I love to browse. A bit pricey though.
