CAUTION WHEN HIRING THIS CLINIC. POSSIBLE SCAM.I paid them 500$ they took my money and found any excuse to not follow up with me when I needed to assistance very badly. Dangerous people running this they are more out for the money not to help vulnerable people.

RUN DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!!! I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly, all the 5 stars are fake! All the names are generic English names with only 1-2 reviews. They will sell you a package of overpriced treatments that you don't need.

I feel it is important for neurofeedback to be administered by psychologists and not by neuroscience technicians. The French technician I saw four times in 2020 had no understanding of how his actions impacted the client’s physiology. I had my first panic attack in a while after one of his sessions. He also kept saying I didn’t not need to go back. After I wasted $1000 on this, this was an insult to injury. It’s not like I don’t know my choices. When I asked for the supervisor to administer the sessions because she was more empathic, she wanted to charge me double, which was not affordable.

I suffered a brain injury and could not walk or talk. I came to this clinic from Washington DC for the PoNs device, they gave me an outdated device with an expiration date. The device was set to expire in 2 months, we paid a large sum of money for it, they gave the money back, however, we were the ones that drove to another country to receive therapy, instead, we just got a device that was set to expire. The staff was extremely rude and utterly lied about the device on multiple occasions. We then went to Toronto to another clinic, they respected us and I made a recovery. I went to this office in a wheelchair and came back in a wheelchair. I went to the clinic in Toronto in a wheelchair, I am now running 5 miles every single day. This therapy center wasted my time and good health. I hope no one else gets tricked into their lies like I did!

My stay here was outstanding. All the staff are very professional, caring and kind. They really like working here as their peers are very competent and caring. The exercise do help and are very necessary. 3 hours a day of therapy is terrific as that's about all I could do, but any less is inadequate. I highly recommend Neurotherapy Montreal as the top choice. They keep asking if there is any more they can do.

Maybe you guys should spend less time writing fake reviews on google. I feel like this place is outrageously overpriced for the care/assessment I was provided. Just the truth from my perspective. I think the doctor who I had a meeting with will see this and think I am not happy with my results. I can accept my results, but the total disregard for my issues and concerns was disappointing.Overpriced I suggest everyone avoid.

I was not informed that the person who gave me tests didn’t not have a recognized license in psychology until my insurance said they don’t cover alternative medicine specialist. Moreover, the employee was so rude and unsympathetic. She tried to sell me treatments that she doesn’t even know what the training of the person giving it. I asked her questions and her answer was let me speak. Not to mention the receptionists who don’t know if NeuroPsy has psychologists, although it’s written on their ads. What a bad recommendation from RéseauPsy. I will try to forget that she called my braids ratas so ignorant! I do not recommend this place!

You are a client in this clinic. Not someone who is going to get genuine help because they care about you or your problems. Be warned that some of the staff will be straight up passive aggresive. Some of the reports" I received contained random uncalled for comments that had nothing to do with any medical diagnosis. The 2 stars is there only because the neurofeedback staff were attentive. Also be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for their services and protocols"

Yes the date does not serve as an expiration date, but Helius (the inventors of the Pons device) say, “the controller will expire in 3 years.”I was sold a device that was set to expire in 16 weeks. It is true that the Pons device therapy is only for 14 weeks, but I had a surgical procedure planned for me that may have caused me to not do my therapy for a month, hence why we wanted a new device. What this clinic did, was sell me a 2021 car in the the year 2023, with zero miles (to be put in simpler terms). Also, it was originally agreed upon that I will only be staying for 9 days to receive TRAINING on how to use the device. Fortunately, we used our brains and went to another clinic in Toronto that actually gave us a, “NEW car with ZERO miles,” and they actually did my training for the Pons device in less time than this unprofessional clinic in Montreal!
