Good quality and service! Doug and his team were prompt to come out and give us a quote, and just as quick to put into production (as well as schedule the install). It was not the easiest job to tear out by any means either... The existing stair case we replaced was almost 120 years old and well built! Over all experience with the Kenedy Stairs was great. We at Puravida Property Management would highly recommend!

I stopped in at Kenedy Stairs a few weeks ago, not knowing who they were, or anything about them. I’m building my own house and needed wrought iron balusters for my railing project. Tara, at the front office of Kenedy Stairs, took great interest in my small project, and was able to order exactly what I needed. Tara followed up and let me know when the balusters arrived, and made certain that their shop foreman had them ready for me when I arrived. I would certainly recommend Kenedy Stairs for any stair project.

Should instruct employees who drive a company van to pay attention while driving through intersections. People have right of way. They know who they are.

Was doing quite a bit of shopping around with many different stair and railing company's. When i called these guys i was speaking to a representative named Chris. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond with his service. We met a few times going over measurements and quotes and was very satisfied with how professional Chris was with his knowledge. When the installers showed up they were on time and very nice and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality stairs and excellent service.

I can't tell you how good their workmanship is because they haven't done any work for me yet but they came to me with a great referral.However their sales man Doug is probably one of the worst I've seen. I've never had to call a sales guy so much to hand them a job. Let me rephrase that, calling is a useless effort as he doesn't answer calls or return voicemails. He does however respond to text messsges with sarcasm. And calling their office is a bigger waste of time.I guess if your not a production builder they have no use for you. Customer a Service isn't in this firms wheel house.If anyone for this firms management team actually reads this, I recommend you address these issues if you even care.

Francis and Tara are always eager to help, they have bailed me out several times when I need something in a hurry. Good job.

Kenedy Stairs came as a recommended comapany from a friend. My initial call was replied within an hour by Chris, who set up the free evaluation for few days later. Upon evaluation we agreed on the best solution and acceptable time frame was set. 2 weeks later when I checked on the progress Chris said they are ready for install and the date was confirmed (this was 4 days prior to the expected install date). On the day of the two installers showed up on time, did they work, and upon completion showed me the stairs and made sure I was satisfied.All in all, very smooth, professional, reasonable and quick service. I would recommend both Chris and his team for any stairs job.
