Worst medical experience ever!!!! The older doctor is the worse, he does not care at all as a doctor. I went there because I was in pain, He said I was ok, that there was nothing he could do. I said what about some exams or something then he said that exams won't reveal anything. I said that I had other issues but he would not listen, he said that would not listen to every problem I had. That old doctor treats people as if he was doing them some kind of favor.The front desk lady was very rude and mean.Worst place ever. Going there is a waste of time.

The last 3 times I have been to the clinics on 1608 I've had nothing but a run around , I injured myself and I go to the doctors to help and hey give me attitude and tell me go see a different doctor and maybe dont hurt myself and go to the hospital if I'm not happy hearing nothings wrong , if there was nothing wrong I wouldn't be at a doctor !

I asked the lady at the front if there was anyone waiting before me and she rolled her eyes at me and told me to take a look around as if people dont punch in their card and leave for a bit until they know their doctor is there, then when i walked away she turned to her coworker and said if another person asks me that question" in a disgusting tone. Like its not that hard to answer the question and not be dramatic.. train ur employees better especially the older ones whos job is literally sitting at a desk and doing nothing useful."

i went to this place 2 times. the first time i brought my vitamin b12 vile with me that my family doctor prescribed. she wanted me to get 10mg every 2 weeks a nice black lady helped me she was so kind and sweet. had no issues.then i went back about 4 weeks later as i was able to go to my normal clinic for my dose in between. my friend was with me and also had a bad experience seperate from mine,anyways i was seated in the back as usual with my dose. the older man doctor came and asked me my dosage and who prescibed it. i explained my doctor. 10mg every 2weeks and that i had been there before.he left and a women came back to me. started asking me where i got the vile. where the box it came with was. that she only prescibes once a month injections not biweekly. basically saying i stole the vile and was a druggy trying get a fix on vitaman B12 REALLY? EXCUSE YOU? After arguing with her she finally agrees to do the shot and acuses me of being hostile. she was then extremely aggressive with the shot and the shot burned and hurt. never had that happen before or since.also when i was a child my mother had a horrible experience here with them. they used to do stitches there and they treated a terrified child and mother so violently that its actually part of my diagnosed childhood ptsd. i am 27 now that was when i was 4.as for my friend. i waited in the car as she was getting new for her husbands possible cancer. they waited until end of day to say dr: tests came back normalfriend: okay but he is still in pain and the tests said his prostates inflammed.dr: you should be greatful the tests are normal.friend: my husband is in pain do somethingdr: what do you want me to do. dont get hostilefriend: send him to a specialistdr: we are closing.friend: leaves ad throws a fit leaving.this place should be closed. i will be looking into the medical board and more to get them closed. maybe filing medical neglect charges

Friendly staff...very concerned and professional doctors. Dr Lamont is amazing...very thorough in his diagnosis. Took great care of my dad 93 yrs old and myself....

The front desk staff is ALWAYS so kind, they see so many people every day & still handle patients very well . If you come to this clinic, go on a day where Dr. Lamont is working. The absolute best doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing. With that said, Mondays are not a great day to come in & the clinic waiting area isn't great.

Doctor was incredibly rude. And when I said something about it he said he can't do anything for me and told me to leave. I've never been treated soo poorly by a Dr. Before. The doctor was so clueless about medications he refused to even look at my medication list, and even admitted that was why! How can you be a doctor and not know anything about pharmacology!?!? I shouldn't have been punished or shamed for not having a family doctor here as I just moved to Windsor. 0/10 do not suggest.

The staff are amazing and the doctors are top notch. Never had a bad experience. Would suggest this clinic to everyone!

Just had the worst experience at this clinic. My son was having an allergic reaction to what I assumed was sunscreen and the hours were till 1pm on Saturday. I got there at 1147am and the doors were locked. I called the number and was refused entry. I pleaded with the receptionist about my son's condition and that it would literally be a 5 minute appointment. She refused to let me enter the building. I do not drive so getting to another clinic was impossible for me, they didn't care. As far as I'm concerned if your hours are till 1pm the doors should be open to people in need. Make sure you call this place if you want to go to it to make sure they will actually let you in.

The doctors here cut you off when you try and give symptoms or explain what is going on. I tried explaining I don't have a family doctor and the doctor told me to find one because he is just a walk in clinic doctor. Refused to do any blood work or tests, and said referrals take too long and he didn't feel like searching for someone to refer me too. My kids specialist is no longer in windsor so I asked for a refill on their daily medication and was told that's not their job. I use to come to this clinic all the time and staff was great.. now they have geriatric rude old men who have 1 foot out the door to retirement and don't care about their patients.
