Will not return to this location! AFTER paying for our order, which I said I'd pay for with my Tim's card but ended up being charged the full order, we were told they didn't have one of our meals so was offered other options, of which there were few. (They also had no muffins, no cookies, and maybe 5 kinds of donuts.)Then we discovered they didn't have the other meal either. After taking one option, they ran out of that too, so just asked for a refund for the 2nd.They tried to refund the posted price, rather than the full price paid with tax, justifying it by saying the replacement option was $2 more. Last straw. Done and never to return.

We came here to use the washroom and grab coffee. The washroom needed some attention, but i got my business done. They were unable to serve hot beverages due to problems with the water, which I can't hold against them, but I had waited at the order here" spot for a good minute without being acknowledged

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. Half of the menu is not available, the servers don't understand how to do a refund, and they argued because of the lack of understanding. So not come to three location near Murray's esso ever

Closes at 10pm. At 8pm your out of every donut. Bathroom is in disrepair and toilet paper is everywhere, stores dead.. no customers, no reason for it.Last I checked Tim's is a coffee shop right, started with coffee and donuts? So why be open past 8 if you're in closed mode already?I bet the wasted toilet paper runs you more then a few donuts you might toss away, or heaven forbid donated to your local preschools.Where do employees wash hands, just asking?

The water in the washroom is contaminated with some petroleum by-product. You can smell it even. Please fix it asap. I'll be back next week & if not fixed. Sorry, I'm calling the NB public health authority. Thanks.

We went to get a drink at the aneardsley road time hortons st 10 pm and even though it said they were open until 11 pm but when we got there they were close.
