We were in need of immediate restoration after our waste pump located in our lower level of the house malfunctioned. I reached out to Paul Taylor and explained what had happened within a day they had come in and cleaned up and set up equipment to further progress the cleaning stage I was extremely happy at the fast service provided and attention to details. I’m glad I read the reviews and chose Paul for the job. Thank you for the great attitude and awesome customer service. Definitely my go to for any restoration needs.

My wife booked Taylor Restorations to come and check on some moisture we believed that was trapped in the ceiling of our apartment and from the very beginning our experience with them was very pleasant and amazing! The owner was very genuine and responsive. The guy who came to have a look at our place was Cory. He was on time, professional and did his due deligence. He did not even charge a fee for coming out to have a look like most companies would do. I am really impressed with them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs restoration or remediation services.

Waking up in the morning to six inches of water in our basement was not something that anyone ever thinks about happening but its quite a shock when it happens! We called Taylor Restoration right away and I was amazed just how quickly they arrived at our home in Surrey to place their equipment to start soaking up the water and drying out our house. With all of our contents in our basement absolutely soaking wet, Taylor Restoration were able to box up all our contents quickly and have it moved until the basement was dry and all the repairs had been done. I first heard about Taylor's timely response time before from one of our co-workers who also raved about their personal service and I too was very impressed with the level of professionalism that Paul Taylor and his crew uphold. Its very refreshing to see a company who cares about their customers and can communicate well with customers and insurance companies involved. Thanks again Paul. We had a 3 story flood in our house this winter and we were referred to Taylor Restorations from the Emergency Plumbing company. They were so efficient, professional and punctual and very easy to work with. As I later found out after speaking to our Insurance Company, they are trying to refer you to their own list of Restoration Companies but that is not the case. Taylor was on scene shortly after we called them about our basement flooding and did excellent work getting everything dried out and repaired. Everyone with the company was courteous and friendly and they kept us informed about the process every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I specifically wanted to deal with a locally owned business when our basement flooded, so i called Paul at Taylor Restoration. I hade never gone through anything like this before, and Paul was extremely helpful right from the start, including providing a referral to a great plumber that was able to quickly help us address the leak that caused the flood in the first place.My insurance company quickly tried to steer me towards a large restoration company that it turns out they own, and they left me feeling like I didn't have a choice in the matter. It didn't feel right at all.Paul was very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company, even though there was no guarantee that there would be any business in it for him.As it turns out, we ended up with a pretty significant claim for water damage to the walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets & countertops, and just about everything else.It was overwhelming to think about, but Paul & Cory immediately took control of the situation, and what was a disaster quickly turned into a stress-free renovation" that went incredibly smoothly.All of the subcontractors were very kind and respectful

We woke up at 5:30am to a flood on the top and main floors of our house. Based on all the Google 5-star ratings and their A+ BBB rating, we called Taylor Restorations at 6am and they had a crew onsite within a couple of hours. This truly is a top-notch organization. Paul Taylor is extremely responsive (as is his crew)and everyone there has been wonderful to deal with. He took charge of a very stressful situation and I couldn't be more grateful. I would recommend this company very highly and would not hesitate to use them again - they are FANTASTIC.

Paul and Cory gave us such excellent service! I'm so glad I chose them while searching for restoration services on google. It was the first time we had to call one due to flooding in our basement, and I didnt realize just how stressful it can be for us and for our tenants. They quickly responded to our call and was on site right away to start the process. Not only did they take care of the problem, they even actually went above and beyond their normal duties especially dealing with us and the difficult circumstances we were in. Paul's calm, cool, collected demeanor on top of his knowledge and expertise is what we needed during this very stressful time! I highly recommend them and I know you won't be disappointed.
