We took our sweep and groom in as the beater head was broken. They were upfront and told us the supply issues and maintained communication with us as they worked with their suppliers. Fortunately they got it repaired at a reasonable price and we are very happy with the results.

If I could rate them in the negative I would. Over priced and dont stand behind their products. Very arrogant to deal with and charges for work that was not approved. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We were really blown away by their dedication. Although Mike couldn't fix our problem (the install had been done by other people the wrong way) he nevertheless came back and did all he could to try to fix it. They come on time or call if they'll be running late.
