This store is always very bright and clean. The staff are very helpful, friendly and pleasant.

The cashier there (grey haired lady) likes to scold the customers in her zeal to avoid covid. She’s rude and ridiculous and has done it to me and people I know every time. Since there is no shortage of dollar stores, I choose to take my money elsewhere

1 of the worst $stores I have ever seen in Quebec , very uninformed personal, extremely impolite and rude manager Called Mirelle , rude to your face ,look at your eyes and lies , called police on me , refused to solve the problem and pretend not understanding English, totally immature and Racist to it’s Core, there is few young guys that know what they do and won’t refuse to help you because of the language , and maybe few girls and when I say girls , they are kids without training and knowledge , anyways I made a complain to the Central office and receive a apology email with demanding more informations and name, I won’t stop till I make sure no one else get treated this way ever again !!

Their extreme fear of Covid creates a very uncomfortable and harassing entrance. The lady stops you at the front as you enter. if you dont use their hand sanitizer, they ILLEGALLY REFUSE YOU ENTRY, and the old lady with grey hair at the cash very rude and equally intense. NO OTHER STORE TREATS CLIENTS THIS WAY, its illegal to refuse a client entry. I have a skin condition, i cannot use just any sanitizing chemicals. If i didn't have some in my car, which the lady MADE ME GET AND SHOW HER IM USING LOL, id have not been able to enter! Every time i go there, its stressful. If they live in this type of fear, please close and stay home! Its ridiculous.
