I bought a house from a builder , VIP railings came to repair my staircase railings. First they try to install a different post that doesn't match the other ones, another day they came without all the necessary material to do a job properly which meant they have to come back, Their workers do sloppy jobs , give excuses as to why they have to do a job that's sloppy. Unacceptable type of service by any level. Whether the builder is paying for the job or whom ever is paying to rectify a problem at a new home this service is just frustrating and unnecessary . I wish I could choose the repair people for builders warranties.
