I love the product when I receive what I have ordered online However I have twice had my ordered cancelled without any communication. they have oversold the product and must not have a good link to inventory. Very disappointing and poor communication. I just get an email saying my order is cancelled and I will get a refund. No reason or info or anything. I was dependent on this order twice for events

I have purchased some beautiful pieces at Modella on Bayview. I love Joseph Ripkoff, but they also offer some beautiful denim pieces as well (jeans, jean jackets). Today, I purchased a very pretty white, thin sweater decorated by daisies. A fairly new sales associate helped me out and she was great. Her name is Leticia and I hope Modella knows how lucky they are to have her!
