OK Tire

My car wouldn’t start in my driveway. When I opened the hood I saw a rodent of some kind run down into the motor. I had the car towed to OK Tire because I had an appointment for a tire changeover in the near future. Of course when it got there, it started and continued to start each time they tried it. They checked it over and didn’t see any damage, but kept it overnight to try it in the morning after a night of sitting. They did change the tires over from summer to winter since they were in the car already. When I went to pick the car up, I was very pleasantly surprised the tire change was all I was charged for! Thank you Steve for your honesty and reassurance!

Did a great job on a repair which actually cost less than the estimate they quoted!

Called in with a tire issue and was told to drop in as soon as possible. The shop was busy, the phone rang off the hook while I waited... but they squeezed me in and got me on my way. Every customer that walked through door was looked after fast and everyone had a smile on their face. Not enough stars in the rating system for John and his staff.

I went there for the first time looking for a new place to deal. I asked for an oil change and a Grease job and to check the wearer on my tires I was looking to buy new ones. But they didn’t check the tires and they didn’t Greece my truck just change the oil I’m not happy I’m not going back

Had my winter tires put on. Great customer service and reasonable prices. They sell tires, can do your brakes or change your oil. They do not have mobile service. Overall very satisfied with my visit

I was there today when Brad" was there and complained about the receptionist. Brad was 2 hours late for his appointment and the man at the counter was as nice as could be and told him he missed his appointment and nothing could be done except rebook. He couldn't have said it any nicer.Brad wasn't telling the truth in his review.I've always been treated well and fair here."

Friendly service from the minute you walk in the door. Jobs are always completed when promised. Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs

Great staff, quick service! Got tires switched over on suv after winter. Got new toyo open country on my truck! And got a tire fixed on boat trailer! Call and ask for Vinny he’s the man!!

Had a leak in one of my tires today and showed up here unexpectedly. Was greeted so warmly and welcomed like I was a lifelong customer and not a first time visitor. Staff was helpful, communication was amazing and they had me back on the road with my car before the end of my shift. 5 stars doesn't even begin to explain the service I received today at OK tire. They took a very stressful moment and made it a great experience.

Receptionist was rude, no loyalty to cutomers. I would strongly advise finding a different mechanic!
