The Shoe Company

I went into The Shoe Company in Windsor On totally discouraged after spending hours at the Mall with my two young grandkids looking for winter boots.( A totally horrible experience in every way possible). The staff at The Shoe Company was so incredibly helpful and friendly, I actually cried with relief. I will shop here first from now on. Thank you for doing a fantastic job!

The Store Manager Jillian needs to be applauded during these difficult times. We were in need of dress shoes for our kids for an upcoming event (that has since been canceled and rescheduled), but our stores had just gone into lockdown. Not only did Jillian stay on the phone and explain the whole shopping/return process to me, she went ahead and took the time to look up item numbers and ordered the shoes in store for me. It was never a bother and the patience she had was remarkable considering this can be such a difficult time in general for everyone. Jillian went ahead and did an in-store order for me. I was able to pull up to the curbside in order to pay for the order and the shoes arrived to my house within the week. Bravo Shoe Company! I will remember to pass my experience along to anyone in need of shoes.

A few days ago I went to the Tecumseh Mall store with a friend around 6:30 or 7 pm, and neither of us could find my size in a particular shoe...and then, 10 or so minutes later, in another shoe. Felicia was super efficient and friendly! We were delighted to be served by someone who clearly cared about our customer experience. Thanks to Felicia's assistance I bought shoes and boots -- and even signed up for the VIP club which I generally wouldn't.

Cashier kept insisting she wanted to check to see if the shoes fit...I told her 3 times..I have them on...they f.!!!". She wanted to refuse my payment for the shoes is she could not check if they fit... I had to say if you are refusing payment...I am walking"

Angelina provided outstanding customer service. I didn't know what i wanted but Angelina took the time to find the perfect shoes and made us feel extra special. Felicia also took the time to help us up front with an excellent attitude and extremely friendly! Love the Shoe Company

Unfortunately, I have experienced terrible customer service with this company. I ordered shoes that took almost a month to get to me. I live 4 hours away from the Scarborough location they were shipping from and for some reason they ended up in British Columbia for weeks. I was advised I could return them for a full refund no problem when they arrived. When I finally received them, I asked about returning them as I no longer needed them. (Took to long, event passed). I was advised that they will not pay to ship them back and that I have to pay for it.I would never recommend buying form this company online, and I personally won't be shopping with them at all again.

I had a great experience with the shoe company. I had ordered online and when my daughters boots came in and were too small I called to see how I can exchange my online purchase. They to me to come in and they'll switch the boots or order the next pair for me. So when I came in I was expecting the whole exchanging to be an ordeal buy it was literally complete and reordered in only 2 minutes. The lady was very friendly and efficient service. I'd definitely go back there.

First of all I want to say, I love the Shoe company- great prices and amazing customer service which is Jillian who is the manager at the Windsor Location.Jillian is truly a great manager- awesome leader as she went above and beyond helping me.When I told her I was Deaf- she immediately knew how to communicate with me without an hassle-she called customer services on the phone for me and support me what I needed.She is an awesome manager and an excellent role model who ever wants to become an manager like her- she would be the perfect person to train people. Jillian, we truly need more people in the world like you.With your support- I truly appreciate it. THANK YOU!

Every single time I have been in this store, I have had an excellent experience. Tonight was no exception. My son's feet decided to have a growth spurt almost at the end of boot season. UGH! Upon entering the store at Tecumseh Mall, I was greeted by Tiffany (Assistant Manager) and the other associate. I explained that I wanted to get my son's foot measured to see what size he was as he was complaining his shoes/boots were too tight. After measuring his feet, Tiffany went searching high and low for the best price boots/shoes. She took her time and made sure we were happy with the shoes/boots before paying for them. I didn't feel rushed, even though there were other people in the store, she had her attention with us the whole time. I love The Shoe Company - great prices and amazing customer service.
