Fantastic store with beautiful tiles, lightings, and bathroom accessories! The staffs are friendly, helpful, and they go above and beyond to assist you. It’s not your typical tile shop, you get this luxurious shopping feeling without actually breaking the bank. I highly recommend Tile Giant.

Sergio at Tile Giant went above and beyond any thing I could ask for. We ordered a shipment of tiles and unfortunately one of the larger format ones was broken. The tiles I purchased had an A and B. He had the presence to bring one of each to ensure that we had a match. He hand delivered a replacement to my home.Amazing service! Couldn’t have asked for any more!

Great tiles. Great customer supprt from beginning to end of the process. Ali in sales department is very informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. I will post photo of tiles when its done.

I love when customer service excels at a business and think it's important to share with the world. Michelle and the staff at Tile Giant exude customer service, from start to finish our experience was top notch. I especially love that I got to share the photos of our bathroom finished and that Michelle was excited to be a part of the reno process!

I should not even give one star. Me and my husband went to this store a week ago ,3-4 female staff sitting in their cubicle and no one acknowledged us. One of them asked us after if we need help. We asked her to give us a quote for 3 light fixtures which she told us to email. We are still waiting for her response and now we wonder if she really write down our info. Finally we bought the same light fixtures from the another vendor.
