Be careful they are thieves. It was started before Christmas i called them to do a hair removal i made full leg with bikini and my eyebrows i paid 60$ and gave tip 5$. On easter i called to do the same the woman on phone told me 100$ i told her last time i paid only 80$ because i forgot how much i paid so she said ok we can do it for 80$ like they don’t have a price list... i doubted the way she talked because she was not clear about the price... i went there i made bikini, half leg, half arm, underarm, and my eyebrows with upper lip i miscalculated and i was in hurry because i left my breastfeeding baby at home and she was crying for me. So i asked the one on the cash how much she looked at my phone because i used my phone to calculate and she said the number she saw on my phone. I paid 60$ and it was supposed to be only 58$ she stole extra two dollar from me and if i did not calculate as per what i made with her she could have gave me much higher number to rip me off. Although, i paid again 5$ as tips for the one who made the wax for me.That was not only the case... the one who made the wax for me she was acting stupid she doesn’t speaks french neither a proper English... the wax was too hot ... i keep telling her it is too hot she kept saying it is not hot your skin is too sensitive... and because the pain i had she asked me to put ice on it when i go home... i came home found out that she didn’t remove all the bikini area’s hair most of the hair still there ... of course part of what happened is on me because i did not check after she said finished. But, lesson learned will never be there again. I took a photo of her price list so i make sure i paid for what i got but unfortunately i got ripped off. Not recommended at all they are not straightforward and honest ... they are bunch of money hunger thieves.

Do not support this business. I went there twice to get my eyebrows done without any issue. Today when I walked in they told me I couldn’t get my eyebrows done because I’m a man and they pursued with the argument of “women not liking seeing men getting their eyebrows done”. I’m still shocked that in 2022 these things happen and how they act as if it was normal. If you care about basic human rights, never go to this place.

Great place to get your eyebrows threaded for a good price! Not too thin, just perfect. The owner and employees are also very sweet.

Poor customer service. I come here all the time, and there is a fairly new girl who finished one of my mom’s eyebrows and told her “your eyebrows are uneven and wonky”. (Mind you, my mom has great eyebrows) How insulting! How can you say that to someone, especially since my mom and I come here every 3 weeks. Left a horrible taste in my mouth, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

Nice clean spot. Been going to this salon for over 2 years now, the staff is super friendly and their work is always done with care. They often ask if you’re satisfied and will rework an area if needed.The owner is super approachable and goes above and beyond for her clients.If you’re in Laval and are looking for a waxing/threading spot, this place is worth giving a shot.

The most horrible experience ever!!! If you go here make sure isn’t with Preet. I had my eyebrows done, she was soooo rude!! Constantly cutting me, pushing my head one side or another, just throwing my hands when I had to hold… clearly she wasn’t happy doing my eyebrows. She’s working with people’s face for God’s sake!!! Should be delicate…

I love Hans Beauty Salon. Great location in Chomedey. I go for fruit facials as well as eyebrow threading and tinting. I always leave happy, relaxed and feeling beautiful. The owner is very kind and professional. Her staff are very helpful. Fair prices.
