Called in June to ha e septic tank replaced. Quoted mid July time frame. That came and went, well maybe mid August, then mid-September. Never did the work but charged $600 for a septic design - just to replace a ta k they never replaced. Avoid.

They came out and passed a drainfield that was failing without even doing a simple check of the inspection pipe! Simply probing the tank is not sufficient. Anybody could’ve done an inspection like they did on my Property! Fast money for these jokers. Use the company that actually cares and takes more then 5 minutes to inspect your whole system.

Rotz Septic did my pumping" and inspection last summer and were awesome!! This past month I've been working with Rotz Septic regarding a purchase of a home with an existing septic and well and Terry had been so so helpful... I am not kidding when I say I've talked to her once a week for the past month!! Hands down amazing customer service!! And very knowledgeable!!"

Our septic tank pipes have been frozen this winter and every time we had a back up no one else in our area would come out. Except these guys. Everytime we needed them they were here within 30 minutes for us. One day the regular guy who comes was off of work and he came in just to come help us out because no one else was available. I recommend them to anyone!

Rent storage, man gives lock in plastic container, container with lock inside cannot be opened without scissors.am stuck. Must leave my unit unattended and unlocked because I need to go find tool to open plastic container with lock inside.Such predicament.
