This is the best walk-in clinic and pharmacy in Kitchener.They’re very welcoming .The doctor and the pharmacist are very knowledgeable.If you want to see a doctor on the same day and take your prescriptions home with you without the wait just give them a call or walk-in

Staff was helpful and welcoming. The receptionist was understanding and was able to squeeze me in between appointments when I didn’t have one.

I recommend the family doctor in this clinic.I can book appointment and go see them on the same day and I also found out they accept walk-ins.I like refilling my prescriptions from the pharmacy they are very fast and give me detailed instructions on how to use the medications.They care about their patients and they actually listen to you and address your problems.

The woman in the reception has a very bad manner and is not professional.The estimated time for the wait is more than 1 hour, that happens if you have an appointment or walk in. I have a bad experience with Dr. Peter giving my son the wrong antibiotic.

Worst experience and the best lesson ever!!!I was working with this clinic and then I got a new job so I resigned this job 14 days (as per Ontario legal notice period) before starting of my new job. There was no document provided by him stating about the termination period. Then Doctor became so rude to me because I resigned the job. If there was someone else that person would have wished me good luck for the future while I was threatened by the employer he said that I will take legal action against you. You are being so selfish." Though I was not in the fault. I was treated so badly still I extended my joining date for 14 days. Suddenly I got an email that "as per your resignation letter your last day of employment was this so you will be paid for the hours you worked." I was unemployed for 14 days just because of him and it was my fault that I showed some kindness to this man. This is such an unprofessional place to work. I am a foreign national worker and have asked him so many times to provide me the experience letter for immigration purpose. He is completely ignoring my request and not being responsive. Training is not paid and also someone don't get enough time to take break.thanks!"

Receptionist is a literal nightmare, I could not claim my insurance despite being sick for a week just because of her even after i got my checkup done from same doctor. She is very rude and egoistic and asked me to pay $150 just to get doctor’s signatures on my documents plus $60 to see him, and when i told her i dont need to see him, she went to him and said “i am not willing to pay” which is a total manipulative thing.I would not recommend going there. Unless you have some spare cash to waste here for each move.

Update: It's been eight months since I wrote the review below and nothing has changed. We had an awful experience with the receptionist once again. The receptionist hung up the phone several times without providing sufficient help or information within her responsibilities. My wife spent 1.5 hours in the morning trying to reach them and pleading with them once she was able to get the receptionist on the phone. This is another receptionist who behaves as if she is providing a free favor to the public. It is inexplicable how the clinic ends up with such rude, incompetent, and unprofessional administrators so consistently.- - -Rude and irresponsible administration/reception. Doctor seems nice, pharmacy staff is nice but the front desk is a nightmare for scheduling or referrals. Any mistake on their part they blame on the patient. They do not follow up on Doctor's promise to refer to a specialist, rudely respond to requests to confirm contact information of specialists, which after several months of waiting time turn out to be wrong. No courtesy in dealing with patients. In short, Healthcare administration and service management is one hellish experience filled with anxiety of: will my be informed about my tests results on time, have I been referred, and so on with all the When's, What's, How's, and Who's of health care administration.

I went to the Eastwood pharmacy for the health Check up twice. Once for my kid and another time for myself. I had the appointment ahead of time so I thought there would not be any waiting time but there was almost 20 minimum wait time for my kid's appointment and almost 45-50 minutes wait for myself. I liked the overall experience though. The doctor Mr. Tarek was nice to talk to and answered all the questions I had. I am kinda new to Canada so I don't know how it works so my silly questions like where can I find the Life Labs or how I should book myself were surprising for them. But overall a good experience because this doctor is not my family doctor and I needed my health Check up done Asap and he did accept Walk-ins which was definitely a plus point for me.I would recommend this doctor to anyone for their medical needs.

The Doctor was VERY kind to me and helped me quite quickly. The Doctor was Great!I had to wait 30 mins. and I was in EXTREME PAIN!!So, I think they take people in the order they arrive, and NOT by Severity of the Patients situation!!! Just FYI.

I attended this pharmacy for my annual flu shot, the pharmacist Nancy was very polite and organized while she managed not only my needs but those of several others while I waited (which wasn't very long at all).Nancy also emailed me a replacement copy of my vaccine receipt when I misplaced mine, I appreciate her going the extra mile for me and I expect she applies that mindset to all she does.I found the pharmacy very clean and was pleased to see all protocols for Covid-19 as well as general vaccine administration being followed.
