Terrible. The door jam was dented, they had to order a new one…so yet another day I had to take off work…they don’t fill the nail holes and so it looked terrible …like there was gun shots …lady said it was because my door was uneven. New jam put into place but he used a nail gun so he dented it again..couldn’t afford yet another day off. No resolution..terrible work ethic, service, business.

I needed a replacement sliding patio screen door and had been looking around for some time. An acquaintance told me about Canada Windows & Doors. I called their showroom and I'm very glad I did. My experience with Canada Windows & Doors was an excellent one. Wilhelmina was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. The company provided me with an excellent product at a very reasonable cost and best of all - it was ready when they said it would be. They didn't overpromise and underdeliver. The sliding screen door is a perfect fit and works beautifully. I will definitely go back to Canada Windows & Doors the next time I need a product that they produce.

I called to get an estimate for new windows and mentioned that we had windows that were just installed from another company but we need a new estimate as we think they need to be re-installed.They advised me that they do not have a technician to come and look to see what issues there are and they just send a sales person out, not a problem, we need a quote from a reputable for the possibility of a new installation. They set everything up, provided my information to sales person and will follow up with a date.I went and posted on Homestars that I was looking for a contractor/technician to come and look at the work that was done to confirm that we needed new windows and I also wanted quotes for new installations. 10 minutes after posting this Canada Windows and Doors calls me back to say they pretty much don't want anything to do with me and they won't be providing us a quote for installation.That was very unprofessional and uncalled for, I was not asking for you to investigate or condemn the current situation I was in, I was just asking for a window installation quote, I didn't even provide the other company's name, out of respect.

Overall good, had two picture windows and a bay window installed a year ago. No issues with the install. Recently purchased 3 small basement windows as well. They were quick and affordable.

I’ll just let the picture speak for itself. We have tried so many times to have them properly fix this. I know this business keeps insisting they are only manufacturers, but when we came to purchase our doors at this location, they took payment and had someone from their shop install the doors as well. So I am not sure where the disconnect is - we never organized separate installers. We ended up fixing the door to the best possible option with weather stripping until we replace the door or have the door fully reinstalled properly.

RUN AWAY!5 windows and 1 patio door took almost 12 months to install.They leaked, we would call for service, they would make appointments and never show up.One contractor threatened my wife while holding a crowbar.Incompetent installers with no concern for their own safety or your property.Left a big mess and then they disappeared. Wouldn’t return calls or complete the project.I could go on about the 12 month ordeal, but I’ll save you the details.Do no hire this company.

Really great customer serviceWe had one oops where the door came in the wrong side, though Andy and Philomena went above and beyond to get the replacement door here ASAP to not effect my installation schedule.The windows look fantastic! So excited about it all :)

This place is terrible. The General Manager just finished yelling at me. Horrible customer service. No one calls you back when they say they will and they keep pushing off the responsibilities to others. The windows they built and installed were so off they had to rebuild them and replace the upper portion. This took from October 2021 till March of 2022, in the meantime, I had to tape plastic up on my windows to keep the cold air out and my birds in my living room. DO NOT purchase windows from this place, you will regret it.

Such a great company to work with. I have been attempting to find a screen door for my sliding glass doors for quite some time. Many companies do not sell these anymore. Debbie was so great to work with and had me triple check the dimensions before placing the order. The door was ready within 24 hours, fits like a glove and it cost less than going to a big box store.
