Needed about 35 pages printed for work, called in and I honestly was a bit of a hassle as I didn't know what doc type to send my pages as and they were very patient with me. I needed them done by the end of the day or my boss was gonna ring me out and they got it done in less time than I expected. Once I got to the store the pages are super good quality and have been holding up for about a month now. Colours look great and despite my dogs a many attempt to crinkle them they have yet to do so. Very happy about that. They also do key copying which is very handy as I have the tendency to lose my keys a fair amount as does my roommate.

Lovely little office store! Prices are very fair and the people behind the counter are always nice! Much better supporting this place than buying from Amazon, Staples and Walmart!

The price for printing B&W documents is unbelievable here. I went to this store two times, when I was in hurry and couldn't go to any where else. They charged me CAD 3.39 for printing only ONE single page!!!!! As far as I know this is almost the price of buying a pack of 500 blank A4 papers! It's equal to printing 30 - 35 pages in staples.I don't recommend this store to anyone because they over charge people.

Since happening upon Laurier Office Mart (LOM) 3 years ago, they have become my go-to for printing, photocopying and FedEx’ing. The work they do for me has been for both personal and business purposes, and their great service has always been prompt, friendly, and very easy --- I either e-mail them what I need done, or drop by in person, no waiting/line-ups, and pick it up without ever having to get any re-do’s --- convenient, easy, and unbeatable. I gave up maintaining my home-office printer, freed up some space, and now simply let LOM handle it instead. And, they use the good paper that used to be the photocopier/printer standard, not that super-thin stock that other places use.

I didn't really see how an office supply store could possibly have so many rave reviews – I get it now! I was looking for a really specific size of envelope, made of recycled paper, and I only wanted 100 of them, without paying a bomb. Could I get that at the big-box office store? Noooo. But I saw exactly what I wanted on Laurier Office Mart's website, and gave them a call to see if they had them in stock for pickup that day. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and helpful, she even went into the stock room to measure the envelopes herself and double check they were what I wanted before I made the trip there. When I arrived, they were already waiting for me behind the cash, so I was in and out in about a minute. And the guy behind the cash was really nice (are we sensing a theme? Good people here.) Next time I need ANYTHING office supply related, I will be going here.TL;DR: Super friendly and helpful people, great service, the best prices I've seen in the city. All the 5-star reviews are deserved. The copy shop/office supply place of your dreams!

Allways has what I need, super personal service

Super friendly people here. It's not a big place, but they have most things you'd need for the office or for school. Prices seem reasonable, too. What most impressed me though was the staff. Just made me feel good about giving them my business.

Owned by a family who provide very friendly and helpful customer service! There's a good variety of high quality office supplies (paper, notebooks, pens, paper, erasers, ink cartridges, flash drives) from different brands offered at decent prices.A standout store! Great staff! I was extremely happy with the service. I believe they have three males that usually work (I think one of their names is Alex) there and they are just THE BEST! They offered quick, efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend to everyone! Support local business and stop wasting your money on huge corporations that charge you more for the same products (*cough* cough* staples *cough*).P.S. For extra fun, bring up a soccer conversation. The people there are obsessed with it!
