Nice guy but very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I had called asking for a plasti-dip removal and chrome delete quote and appointment confirmation. I also texted to confirm because I am always diligent when it comes to getting outside help. When I arrived at my appointment time, the manager said I did not have an appointment and could only be looked at an hour later even though he admitted that I sent a text message confirming the date. Additionally, when he looked at my car, he said he wasn't aware of the need for a plasti-dip removal despite literally confirming it on the phone and in text. Nice guy but very unprofessional and not considerate of a customer's time - it took me 80 minutes to drive to your location. That cost me money and invaluable time I'll never get back and all I got as a sorry come back next time". I guess you get what you pay for in terms of service and cheap labor."

Would state 0 stars but can't. This company is scamming their groupon voucher redemptions, stating they need to charge extra for taxes. After a chat with Groupon just to make sure, they then refused to do the work on my car and told me to go get a refund.

I called to book a detailing appointment and the man rushed me and told me to text a date and time. Right after we hung up, I sent a date and a time (30-08-2022 at 13:00h) and asked to let me know if it works for them.Over 24 hrs later I still did not recieve a confirmation text or call for my appointment. I called to clarify and the same guy tells me he should have time. I show up for my appointment 10 mins prior. He does not remember booking me.On top of the lack of unorganization and unfriendliness they did not honour my Groupon. I found it odd that he asked to see what I paid on Groupon and then decided he was going to charge me. Which was much more than the Groupon voucher.I decided to take my business elsewhere as I can get the same package at a lower cost even without Groupon.I do not recommend this place!*update - I received a call quickly after posting my review and the man starts to argue. I explain my reasoning again for my review. I tell him I am at work and he can call back later to discuss as he was being very persistent. He tells me no and continues. I had to repeat myself that I am at work, to call back later and hung up.

Completely unprofessional. They did not honour my Groupon or begin work on my car when there was a server issue with the Groupon site (I couldn't show him the voucher immediately as a result). I gave him my name and he said I wasn't on his list. Wouldn't take my word when I showed him three reminder emails from Groupon. Told me that they had been scammed before, and so assumed I was lying to him. How could I scam them? They have my vehicle! I had to cancel my Groupon and get a refund in Groupon cash. Waste of my money and time. Also claimed that he would charge me more than what I paid for the Groupon because my vehicle was dirty". Um

honestly dont bother wasteing your time here they do not know how to tint cars did a terrible job and took a whole day to do it. (this isnt my first time here). stick to washing cars because tinting clearly isnt your thing.!

Fantastic energy! It's all in one location if you need window tinting, detailing, rust proofing, wrapping, coating, or tyre swapping. The waiting room is funky and cozy and the owner Dave was very kind. His passion is cars and it shows. My car wa detailed and I was so happy to get all the dog hair and salt out of it. It looked brand new. I highly recommend him.
