No review but want to no if anyone can just shop here or only licensed cosmetology people as iv been going to Sally's alot but if there is another spot to check for dyes and stuff I'd check this place out it's also on the south end so I can check it out maybe if I hear back to find out lol as I'm going tomorrow

Very upset, i never had a bad experience here before. But lets make this clear! Ladies if you need to tone your blonde hair. Do not listen to a word they tell you. They dont know anythingIve been working on my blonde hair for over a year.. finally got it to about where i wanted it to be just wanted to tone out some of the brass... well one blonde lady long hair came up to me and tried to explain this will take out the orange and make it silvery just as she said she uses it on herself... lies! My hair is brown now. Don't take their advice at all! Go talk to a real hair dresser.

Dissapointed in their managing staff. I've never heard of a place not excepting resumes unless you have open availability for 4 days specifically specified by the store. Everyone has commitments and may not be available every time on those specific days. Is this discriminatory? If not illegal? Even if it's not it's darn rude! Basically saying they don't care about quality staffing only availability, not a good face for a company to put on, defiantly purchasing my salon supply's elsewhere from now on!
