Downey Trail
Downey Trail is a wide, raised gravel path similar to others in this area. This trail however is quiet and meanders quite nicely between the commercial developments on Downey Road and the beautiful mature forests and wetlands to their rear.Downey Trail is a 'there & back' trail best started at Teal Drive, crossing Halon Creek Boulevard beside Laird Trail and then turning back at the double dead end. There is a spur that ends at the active transportation lanes on Hanlon Creek Boulevard almost at Downey Road.
