Superior Propane

We have been waiting for 9 days for propane our tank is down to 10% now.Last time it took them about 30 days from the time of request to fill the tank. If this is the kind of service that we get, we will be switching to another company. Never had such poor service in my life. Heat is a requirement in the winter.

Service with Superior Propane has been excellent! If there has been a question or a problem they have resolved it immediately. I would recommend Superior to anyone!!

I understand there are various shortages and delays associated with covid. So please change the messages telling me how great the service is. Some simple MUZAK is preferable to the fairy tales. When we are done with covid and your service goes back to being normal and on time, feel free to put the service bragging ads back on. But for now Superior Propane, you are just embarrassing yourselves.

I am not getting the service I need. Called last Thursday and still no call back.

I’m livid. They never came with our automatic delivery at the 30-35% level and three days ago I wondered why I haven’t received a bill lately so I got my husband to check and our tank was at 5%!!! I checked my account and they hadn’t delivered since November.So I called and requested a delivery. They told me they were coming that day for 3 days. Called everyday to ask where they were.This morning we woke up with no heat our house is freezing. I have two babies at home and woke up to a freezing house when it’s -40 out!!I called and the woman said she can’t even get a hold of Thunder Bay dispatch and said all she could do is to keep calling them and hoping they pick up.I cannot believe how poorly this has been handled. I’m worried our pipes will freeze and now I have to take my kids somewhere warm without even a guarantee on when they are coming to fill the tank.

We had such a horrible experience with this company a year and a half later and we still have there tanks in our yard after canceling the contract we had to sell the tanks to a privet buyer

Had a driver show up while i was plowing. Dont blame him for not trying as he would have got stuck. Had my neighbor help me scrap the driveway down with his 1 ton. They showed up today and said they wouldn't come down the driveway because it wasnt plowed. I cleaned up some more with my loader. If the driver doesn't fill me tomorrow may i suggest new drivers or ill drive the truck in amd out of my driveway. Come when its below freezing. You only deliver to rural customers

Three weeks ago Superior Propane called and said they would be out tomorrow" to deliver. Today we are down to 20% and there is a snowstorm. I had to reorder. Hopefully they will come and deliver when they say next week. This happened last year only we were away for a family funeral and when we came back it was 5%!!Definitely time for a new provider. I must say though

I have a smart tank, can't get a delivery or a response to emails. The scheduled delivery date promised was missed. No call back as promised when I requested an update. I'm not sure if they are still in business. Looks like I need a new propane suppler now. Disappointed for sure.Update: They did reach out to me later to discuss the issue. Added 2 stars.
