Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Service was absolutely horrible. The blonde girl working named Danielle and her other blonde coworker were completely rude and unhelpful. Through the drive thru speaker they had an obvious attitude and clearly didn’t want to help us when we were simply asking innocent questions about menu items. I understand Dairy Queen employees hate their life cuz they ain’t going nowhere but there’s no need to take it out on us customers that are simply trying to enjoy our night :)

Great staff but they are very cheap and skimpy on ingredients and toppings. A blizzard here is basically soft serve in a cup for over $6.

Needs a change in management.Staff can not get a simple order out in a timely manner, lobby was disgusting. When approached the manager was combative and rude. Spoke down to me and shouted after when I was leaving exasperating the encounter. Clearly not mature enough to lead even if this individual was a manger in the first place.

This place really needs to get their inventory issues sorted out. Seems like every time we go here, they have run out of the thing we want. It's can be really frustrating, especially when it's for a limited time menu option. Also, overall store cleanliness is fairly poor, the Sick Kids donation bin was in a sorry state, being that it was full of salt and pepper packets. On this particular visit they were playing depressive country music. Will likely start using the other location from now on

My kids loves ice cream. Staff wasn't very friendly. I think Dairy queen should start offering gluten free vegan options.

Used to be great went there at least once a week I will not be back again the banana splites have gotten worse this time no strawberry little chocolate 2 pieces of pineapple it was half the size it used to be we won't be back

Ordered a chicken strip meal, and was upcharged $3 for onion rings, of which I received exactly 6 rings (closer to 5 with the size of them). Went back to complain and received TWO extra rings. Wasn't worth the gas or the time.Chicken strips were tiny, food was cold, and the sundae was sad to say the least.Used to love DQ, but I will not be returning.

We usually love Dairy Queen, In our hometown we visit often as a treat. We were out of town and went to this Barrie location of DQ, but they got our order wrong. We went back inside and asked them to remake our burgers with the toppings we had ordered.They said they would remake the burgers with the proper toppings we had ordered (we wanted some toppings left off) but when we recieved our 'remade' burgers, we could see the indents where they had just removed the toppings from the same burger instead of remaking it properly. The staff looked like they were in highschool, and usually that's fine because they are learning the job. However, you cannot say you remade a burger to a customer when you've obviously just picked certain toppings off the burger. That's just lazy. There was still a piece of pickle on my girlfriend's burger too, proving they definitely did not remake the food.Was pretty dissapointed with the service and food. The restaurant and dining room however, were very clean.
