HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Went for a checkup because my family doctor hasn't been seeing patients in person so I had no other option than to go to a walk-in clinic. The doctor then proceeded to get upset with me for going to get checked up at this walk in clinic, reluctantly proceeded to give me a consultation, and told me to just take some vitamin d. I left with none of my concerns addressed, and on top of that he decided to turn this into a political issue telling me this had everything to do with Trudeau. I understand his pov, but why did me simply wanting to check up on my health have to turn into this? I'm in disbelief of how unprofessional this all was.

Seriously, I am so happy to went there and doctor sadik is one of the best doctors, he is so kind and he listen and care for patient. Thank you so much.

Today, I went to go Care Max medical clinic Dr. Anurag, saw my daughter. First, he did not know anything. Doctor is just the name and secondly, he came against the Sikhs. My daughter was in trouble he was talked about on other subjects, this is casteism, he is a doctor, he used to behave by looking at her body colour and dress I think Dr. Anurag saincher needs a Psychiatrist , don't go to this clinic STUPID DR ANURAG SAINCHER

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. I went to the clinic on Friday after multiple unsuccessful calls to book for an appointment. After I reached, I asked the receptionist for an appointment with Dr. Singh. She said the earliest date was Sunday. I said that I had made multiple calls just to know if I could get in or not, then she started giving attitude saying there are many things in the office to do and will not always be available to pick up the phone. I tried at multiple intervals ?? The previous receptionist was well mannered and showed professional behaviour unlike this new receptionist with attitude.Earlier before this also, I had gone to book an appointment for my son, and she said no, but thankfully the receiptionist beside her told her to squeeze in an appointment.You should always keep some spots for family doctor patients and my work requires proof of seeing a doctor within 3 days. How am I supposed to know if I will be sick for more than 3 days till a day before. That is why I try to book an appointment and this is what happens. There needs to be a change in the system.

Dr. Anurag is the only doc I trust in lower mainland. My dad is diabetic and he literally cuted him. He is so experienced, he knows what you need and doesn't even need to listen to whole story. Other comments saying he is rude. I'm sure it must be reflection of your own behavior thinking he should treat u like a princess. He is there to treat you period. Why do u go to a clinic and expect a doc give u customer service? Do you give him a tip? Be nice, kind and respectful then you'll get it back.

I took my 5 year old daughter as she was coughing and had a fever 101 - 102 , we were looked after by Dr Sadak. He checked her , instead of giving her an antibiotic for cough said my daughter has an ear infection which was shocking as she was not complaining about any ear pain it was all pain in the throat however he wrote us the prescription and as we have no other choice we will listen to what our doctors said . This is the beginning i went to the pharmacist she said this medicine has been discontinued therefore i will check with the doctor and give u another one which works the same way is much stronger and will cost you 98 cad will you be okay to pay for it ….. i looked at her face and said whats more important than your child’s health can u please check with the doctor. She came back and said yes he approved the medication i said great she mixed the medication said have to give 21 ml every 12 hours i was like isint it too much for 5 year old she said no that the dose .Came home gave the dose after 40 mins my daughter was worst than before started rolling her eyes stomach cramps and 102 fever . I stopped the medication went to another doctor the next day and guess what my child ear was perfectly fine this Dr sadak diagnosed her wrong and prescribed a 5 year old a wrong medication. We treat u as our god we have so much faith in you . Please dont go to such doctors who just want to do there job just for the heck of it .Plus pharmacy like these who just want to make money

Zero star i went to Dr Anurag for check up of my wife who was pregnantHe charged me 85$ for visit as i was waiting for msp service to startI was fine paying 85$Unfortunately my wife had a miscarriage and he called my wife and told herI called him to know what should we do nextInstead of telling me on phone he told me to visit officeI went thereReceptionist told me to wait in a roomAs soon as doc saw me waiting he told receptionist to charge me 90$ now just to tell me that my wife had a miscarriageWorst doc in surrey avoid seeing him

Dr Anurag is the most disrespectful doctor ive ever encountered in my whole life.
