Every time I order online there's always an issue when picking up my order. Plus the tiny 3OZ tins I get for my kitten has now gone up in price? Ridiculous. I will defiantly be shopping at Ren's Depot from now on.

I was there at 1:15pm Friday with my dog. Person at check out had no knowledge of any dog treats, her reason was because she didn't have a dog...also never offered my dog a treat, which she was patiently waiting for. Train your employees better! The grooming center on the other hand was great to deal with.

Just took my shepherd rescue puppy in to pick up an online order. A huge shout out to Tracy who helped correct a slight error made by the website (not a store issue). Regardless she corrected the mistake and took the time to help me out. I will definitely be a return customer

I do enjoy this store, I always love bringing my pup for a walk around to grab a new toy. The only thing I dislike about the store is they always seem to be out of one or two things I need. I have never gone to this store in particular and come out with everything I needed. Another pet smart no problem, but this one I don't know.

Marlena did an amazing job grooming my Maltese. I am very happy!He looks great!She is patient and caring. and I trust her with my anxious Maltese, who normally wouldn't allow many people handling him.Thank you Marlena!!

I didn't love the dirty look I got from the dog trainer when I walked by, especially when I had to walk by a second time, and she told the group, We'll wait for the distraction to get out of the way."My husband said she was the same way with him.We usually shop at this location 1-2 times a week

Just bought 2 XL BEDS for a NEW rescue dog and I am amazed at the selection of beds they have after shopping to so many different stores for a Pet Bed. Everyone in the store to the cash are so helpful and excellent customer service. If you need anything for your pet, PetSmart is the place to go you won't be disappointed. Thank you everyone for making my shopping experience for a PetBed exciting.
