Be aware that there is a rooftop with the restaurant. Dont expect to sleep before 2am. As it does not belong to Sonder, the hotel manager has no way to end the parties.Very small room, no window, but clean and well designed. Very good location indeed.

Room was clean. Very quiet (we were at the back of the building tho so maybe we were lucky). Checking in was all done remotely and convenient (there is no front desk). Best part was the location tho. You're right on one of the best parts of Queen street and so it's only 5 min walk to major street car routes and less than 10 mins to the Osgood subway station. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away too.The rooms are small so keep that in mind. Also the bathroom isn't completely sealed from the bedroom so if you share the room with someone, make sure it's someone you're very very close with.

I recently stayed at this hotel located on Queen Street East in a central location, and overall, my experience was decent. The hotel had some great features that made my stay enjoyable, but there were also some downsides that detracted from my experience. On the plus side, I was impressed with the TV and internet connection at the hotel. It was easy to connect any device to the TV, and the internet was fast and reliable. This made it convenient to watch anything I wanted during my downtime.Another highlight was the Nespresso machine in the room. I loved being able to make coffee in the comfort of my own space, and the machine worked flawlessly. It was a nice touch that added a bit of luxury to my stay. However, there were a few drawbacks to the room. The biggest issue was the size - it was just too small. There wasn't a lot of space to work with, which made it feel cramped and uncomfortable at times. Additionally, there were no windows in the room, which made it feel a bit stuffy and claustrophobic. Finally, I was disappointed to learn that cleaning wasn't included in the price of the room. This meant that I had to clean up after myself during my stay, which felt like a bit of a hassle.Overall, I'd say that this hotel has some great features, but there are definitely some downsides to be aware of. If you're looking for a central location with good TV and internet connection and a Nespresso machine, this could be a good choice. However, if you're looking for more space, natural light, or a more hands-off approach to cleaning, you might want to look elsewhere.

Best brunch I’ve ever had! Insane selection of flavours, all prepared to perfection. I loved my Lox Benny, from the perfectly poached eggs to the crunchy potatoes and fresh arugula salad. The staff were so friendly and definitely had charming personalities attached to each and every one of them. They were right when they said they have the best French toast in the city as well!! Great quality and affordable considering! Will definitely be returning for more!

In the weeks coming up to my stay, they emailed me 14 times and texted me 9 times reminding me to check in. I found that incredibly annoying. I don't need to check in weeks before my stay. The room was fine, a little small maybe. Climbing up three flights of stairs every time we wanted to go to our room wasn't ideal. Location is good though.

Small, yes - but cozy and has everything you need for a stay where you don't expect to be in your room a lot besides sleeping/showering. Beds are comfy and bathroom is equipped well with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and towels.Cons - the app is a poor experience. Very buggy with the live chat (Android) though they are very responsive. No hot water after a certain time (got in at 3am, no hot shower. Was told the next day it's an old building and that's just the case). Central heating doesn't work though there is a Dyson to heat up the room. Didn't know that until I contacted support and the room was 17 degrees until then. Oh yeah, elevator doesn't work. Had to lug two 22kg luggages down 4 floors.Great stay overall, just small details that made a 5 star experience remissed.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. It was positioned as a cool trendy spot but failed to deliver. The entire check-in process is through an app - you need data and phone service to set up your check-in. I did see a couple of very frustrated people stranded outside the door at night (with no cell service) trying to check in. There is no front desk and for any issues, you have to use the app chat - and be engaged. The Sonder does not have an elevator - which wasn't fun for me hauling my luggage (with a bad back) to the 4th floor.Cleaning - there is Request Cleaning" on the app - which I thought was fine.... but they actually do not offer clean-up of your room. Very very small room (not even really enough room to open my small suitcase all the way on the floor) but I didn't need more than this. I would not recommend for more than one person to stay in a double bed room. Most importantly it was very clean and they fit an impressive amount of storage in such a small room. They make great use of the space with the furniture choices. Great neighborhood to stay in and brunch downstairs was great. If you don't want to feel cramped or you need a window I don't know if this is the right option for you but for me who just needed a safe, clean place to sleep and shower! Also to note you need to use stairs and it's up to 4 floors up. The lowest units are on second floor. I'm not aware of an accessible option.I did have an issue with the heating system but customer service was excellent and felt happy with how it was resolved.
